    Depends on the age and strength of the swimmer. If you are young or new, start with the lowest resistance. You can always move backwards and put more stretch on the cord to make it harder. Just can't make the bigger ones easier.

    I'm 14 so grade 9 and my schedule is busy with competitive swimming and highschool swimming, do you have any really quick like do it in the car shoulder stretch ?¿

    The most important part of the stretch cord is to pull with elbows high, regardless of whether you recover with arms below or above. That is not so important.

    I swam with Sabir and worked out with him at my ymca a couple of times and raced him

    Mr Hall Sr. What strength stretchcordz do you recommend for these exercises? Stretchcordz green tubes go 3kg to about 10kg fully stretched. Are these suitable?

    Shoulders can be stretched in the car statically or proprioceptively, if you have enough room. Would not recommend doing any dynamic stretching in the car.

    Does not appear to exhibit much power during these exercises...seems to be more strength facilitation

      Swimming fast is more about strength, stamina and connection (coupling) motions...along with a strong kick.
