In this video, I want to give you my opinion on colon cleansing.
There are several different types of colon cleansing:
    ‱ Colon hydrotherapy
This is where water goes up the rectum into the large intestine and flushes everything out. This can flush out you’re electrolytes. You may want to take electrolytes after, so you don’t become deficient. You’re also flushing out your friendly bacteria, which would need to be put back in.
    ‱ Herbal laxatives
Creates a purging of the material out of the colon
    ‱ Colema
This is a combination of an enema and a colonic. The problem is that it’s very temporary. It also flushes out your electrolytes. If you’re already deficient in electrolytes, this can cause dizziness and even affect your heart. The apple juice a person is supposed to drink while doing the colema, can also keep the blood sugars up, preventing ketosis.
Fixing your diet (doing keto) may be the best way to go. Typically, fixing the diet can fix whatever issue caused you to want to do the colon cleansing to begin with. I’m not against colon hydrotherapy as a short-term solution for constipation or other conditions. But, it should be supervised, and the electrolytes and friendly bacteria need to be put back in.
    What you can do:
    1. Start fasting
    2. Decrease inflammation
    3. Consume phytonutrients
    4. Consume fermented vegetables

He wants to live to do good in the world rather than living to take care of himself. And he lets his cell-phone stay on all the time, which is not making it better. I feel guilty about him and all other unwise sick ones, despite having done all I can. While sitting up on the net all night instead of sleeping =taking care of myself. Thank you ! You do not have to drink apple juice by any means to do colon hydro or colema (- but if you want to also cleanse the liver, you can use apple in your green juice if you want or use apple cider vinegar, or unsweetened cranberry which also has malic acid in it) . It's all meant to to be used in conjunction with liquid food for a short time, and in conjunction with a cleansing diet. and i always recommend electrolytes and probiotics of course and do this with a skilled colon hydrotherapist and talk to that person. You are right, you must fix diet with it. I love intermittent fasting and fermented vegetables and I also drink home made fermented cabbage juice daily and it is a great idea too.

I heard and read CC is dangerous when weak and unable to get rid of toxins, and the electrolyte and moisture loss etc. I am too dry + underweight already.

@@Medietos sounds like you have tons of emotional trauma built up. I'm so sorry to hear that but yes you have to find a way to release all of that trauma first. Have you ever looked into Emotional Freedom Technique? That would be very helpful with that. Google it. Its very easy to do on yourself but in your case I would try to find a practictioner to do it on you for a while before you start to do it on yourself. Hypnosis might be helpful for that as well and other similar modalities. Acupuncture can also help to release some of that.

people who do enemas often believe that for example, the influenza virus at first multiplies in the colon and then enters the blood with a big army. So they wait until they feel getting a little fever and then flush out the colon and in this do not fall sick with influenza. Of course in the last two years, influenza became very rare.

A 72hr fast is incredible for clearing your body out however its advisable to drink small amounts of psyllium husk powder and plenty of fluid with electrolytes to stop sudden bathroom visits with excess water and bile as it all binds to the psyllium and passes through as normal, your stomach bloating can literally shrink considerably over this time

Daily Intermittent fasting (IF) allows more of the bowel to be emptied before food is introduced. This facilitates bowel cleanliness. However, not all of the bowel is emptied by IF alone. Other means of further cleaning the bowel are often required to obtain sufficient gut cleanliness.
As long as the gut is over toxic, it is difficult, if not impossible, to achieve a healthy body.
To achieve better gut cleanliness I am eating only fruit one day a week to help flush the areas of the bowel that are not emptied on a daily basis via IF. I eat small servings of raw, ripened fruit for the day. I wait one hour between eating these small servings of fruit. This helps to keep blood glucose spikes within reasonable limits which I monitor with blood glucose testing.
I know this is not keto. But it is working for me to achieve better gut cleanliness which in turns helps to significantly lower overall body toxicity.
I know what gets flushed out of my bowel on and after my weekly fruit day. And I know this procedure is helping a lot to achieve better gut cleanliness.
