How to reduce on a weight
Recently my brother used to drink lemon juice every day in the empty stomach to reduce the weight but it leads to ulcer.. now he is suffering, this is also a common drink which should avoid in the empty stomach because of its acidity level..
First drinking hot water after getting up from bed is very good for health. To reduce weight, cleansing the stomach is very important. So kadukkai churanam (1 spoon) with hot water is best to consume before going to bed in the night everyday. If required, it can be consumed in the early morning also. It can be stopped after reaching the expected weight.
