I am absolutely loving how plus size fashion is starting to get recognized. I am trying to lose Atleast 100 pounds by the end of the year but if Zara goes plus size Iâll actually scream bc they have the cutest stuff.
I donât even look at torrid..they really want me wearing floral prints and Disney prints. I wouldnât have minded that but Iâm no longer a teenager who has no money and has to shop at rainbow , city trends and ddâs discount đ€Ł

I'm definetely bored with plus size fashion too, either these brands are making revealing clothes that aren't flattering (only made for hourglass) or still giving us the floral print. It's tiring.

I agree with you 100% ,the struggle to find summer clothing that isnât in these crazy patterns, cheap material, granny-ishâŠ.GIRLđźâđšđŽđŽđŽđŽ. I have a trip next month and itâs been a struggle. I recently ordered from fashion nova and the pieces are cool, nothing crazy. I do LOVE the Ajay dress. Someone said itâs a Skims dupe but I donât own anything skims lol. But if it is, I see why you love Skims so much. Cause that dress snatched me to the GAWDS and I can go bra-less đđŸ

Is it bad that Iâm a little let down that she included âregularâ sizes as well? I just feel like they already have fashion nova, skims, good American , etc. I guess I just want something EXCLUSIVELY for Plus Size women. However, Iâm still VERY proud of her !

They just take âJunior clothingâ and make it biggerâŠnope! I feel like a man designs these clothes or an extremely small group of small women who have no idea how clothes should fit or fall on a plus size body. You canât just make oversized clothing with no structure. It just doesnât work. Hopefully things will change soon! Great Show!

I love the show. It made me snap back into myself and get back to living my best life! I also started dancing when I go out again. After gaining weight I been so self conscious.. the show just reminded me that itâs ok for me to exist and take up space.

I'm super excited because I love to support plus size fashion because my weight always went up and down . I always loved fashion but hated the fact that I could never really find fashionable fashion for plus size . And in my county we don't even have a plus size fashion boutique other than torrid, lane Bryant. and I wanted to change that because a majority of the boutique cater to smaller sizes and every plus size women doesn't want to dress reviling . I'm proud of Lizzo

Girl I wasnât doubtful at all I mustâve said EXCITED about 100x. I said my biggest things Iâll be looking for is fit and I donât love prints IM not a print girl. I also said imma be first in line buying the collection. I can genuinely love both brands babes youâre reaching a tad. Have you seen my very first skims haul from 2 years ago?! Babe itâs okay though like Iâm so entitled to my opinion. Thatâs why I really didnât want to do a review period because I know if I say anything that differs yâall gone think Iâm shaming Lizzo or the brand like that is not okay to do to me. Yâall love the fact that I give the most honest reviews despite me getting paid or not so imma tell yâall my initial thoughts. Not every shapewear brand looks the same. I said 10000000 x how excited I am for this and will be first in line for the drop! Like I hope I eat my words in that review because I want to love it so bad!
Inclusive is all, Not up to a certain size. I wish plus-size influencers would stop excluding extended sizes such as women who wear 6xl and so forth.
Who excluded sizes 6X?! You literally chose to hear what you wanted to hear⊠I mentioned so many times how I love the inclusivity which most brands donât have. I said Skims does go up to a 4X/5X which honestly is pretty inclusive compared to others. There are so few brands where ALL can wear it so I think the brands that extend to sizes where MOST can wear it deserve some flowers. However like I said in the video I hope more brands will follow suit and that Lizzo will open more doors for inclusivity.

Itâs disheartening especially when I seriously love your content. My comment wasnât ill intended but you said that you were underwhelmed when so many women canât even get off the side lines to make purchases at the various brands that youâve mentioned as well as purchased from.

Iâm sure there are designs you see as well that are underwhelming. There are collections from designers that donât even sell plus that I may find underwhelming. As a community we donât have to agree on everything we just need to show support where itâs due, and thatâs exactly what Iâm going to do and have always done. I put so much effort into pulling the looks that I pull I know the struggle. It may not be in the same way as you but itâs there. Weâre all allowed to have different styles and aesthetics. I mustâve said 10000x how Excited I am for this line.
You seem to be batting for Kim K a little too hard in my opinion. SKIMS only goes up to a '5X' and if you compare the measurements against YITTY, YITTY has a wider range to their measurements, and they still go higher to 6X. Everyone knows that SKIMS is very much iffy on the the actual plus size body. So for us to have to pay SKIMS price, they should be able to fit our bodies. That's my opinion.
Idk if you noticed but this was a first impressions when the announcement dropped. I said I love skims because I does work FOR ME the same way you may love something that works FOR YOU but I may not necessarily like it. However if you go to my actual YITTY review youâll find that Iâm in love with my pieces and love the brand. Me saying it does look similar to skims is not batting for Kim K itâs stating a fact. The fact that you even bought up Kim as an individual is funny because I wasnât talking about her I was talking about her brand which I like. I like both and thatâs okay đ
