Glad your back. Looking forward to clothing hauls. To lose and eat healthier, do research. Eat things you like. Try to eat dinner before 6:30pm. Cucumbers are good for weight loss. Cut back on salt, try to cook your own foods. When you do eat out , check the salt levels. Sometimes it extra fluid in our bodies. Drink water. Ddo research on foods. Thanks for being you. Peace

I'm glad to see you back🎉. I hope that you are successful in losing the weight that YOU feel like you want to lose naturally (you're beautiful just the eay you are). I've taken all the classes through Kaiser that are required to be done before weight loss surgery, however I opted to try and do it naturally because for me the possible long-term issues didn't seem worth it to me. Weight loss surgery is not a bad choice and it also almost forces you to you fix your relationship with food because you literally can’t over eat or eat a bunch of sugar or carbs because you’ll literally get sick. Do what feels best but it’s not a bad option
