Season 4 took me on a roller-coaster of emotions. I was happy, shock then sad then happy... Was worth the 4 hours of my life

I binged this last night and trying hard to not fall asleep at work this morning.

I finished this final season in one sitting, and it turned out to be not only one of the best video game adaptation out there, but an absolute work of art. I can't thank enough everyone who was involved into making this masterpiece. You guys are the GOATS

@CJ P. it adapted castlevania #3, an NES game with a rudimentary and simple story about how the first Belmont and his pals defeated Dracula. Considering it’s a fan and critical darling, I’d say it is a good show. Maybe not a perfect adaptation, but a good one nonetheless.
Also, it doesn’t actually wholesale condem the church. It condemned individual members, and points out hypocrisy when it’s present. But God is a real thing in that show, who’s power is used by the Belmont clan to hunt beasts and vampires.
If you want to boil down the show to a minuscule summary, that’s fine. But don’t act as though it’s not pointing out genuinely problematic issues in its world, whilst also showing the good parts of it.
Watched it all in a few days and was blown away.

I just watched it, it is simply the best, the story, the characters and the ending was just amazing. Full of fighting scenes it doesn't make you feel bored. I wish there is more season of Castlevania. Thank you netflix for tirelessly making beautiful series.

Who planned on killing every single human on earth? And has the cojones to do it if he wanted to? All while being the guy who was involved with taking the guy down in the first place. I'd be sick and tired of that BS too if someone was trying to restart a problem I finished dealing with already.

Can't stop crying, this season was everything we wanted. The plot, the soundtrack, the characters, the fight scenes were all epic. I really am satisfied and happy for everyone finding their peace finally, but I really feel like I need a season 5 right know. I just can't admit to myself that it's over... This has definitely been a journey. Oh God this was beautiful.

Just binged this series from Season 1 to 4 for the first time. What a wholesome series, that magician speaker was just a joy to watch, I was so glad she wasn't just there for the sake of love interest to the main character. Every bit, fight scene, jokes was just insane. The voice acting, the Music, this was just epic.
The ending of season three was terrible,both turn evil?both characters were completely out of character.

Of course they can. It only makes sense that if a show does well the season before hand that it gets a bigger budget and that means more manpower even if the deadlines can be tight.
It looks freaking insane, Castlevania is the best thing that has come out of Netflix thus far.
Alucard trying to play Knight in Shining Armor is now my favorite thing. Not the direction I expected him to go after season 3, but also probably a much healthier direction for him than I ever predicted.
It would be cathartic considering the rollercoaster of emotions that was his arc in the previous season. It still haunts me...

Binge watched this yesterday when it came out. Did not regret it. The 4th season was awesome.
Also what i liked about this series is that humans had so much confident, skills and magic to combat combat superior races just vampires. In these kind of movies they are always treated as prey to be eaten. The foragemasters were delight to watch.

This one does that but shows more deeper meaning why he earns his title as a Devil Forgemaster. Trust me at first was like WTF they change Isaac but now I see how it is. Personally feel better this way.

@@cantuz557 If they adapt more Castlevanias, like the first one and castlevania 2, Simon Belmont is a descendant by her. Her magic fused with Trevor's martial prowess.
Simon is an extremely powerful fighter and is regarded as the deadliest Belmont to ever live.
@@cantuz557 Considering their relationship and that contraceptives were not really a thing in those days Sypha is pregnant with their child at this point if said child is not already born at the point of Season 4.
We don't really know how much time has passed between seasons and after encountering that serial killer in Season 3 Sypha was pretty shaken so they might've just settled down for a few months.
Our man Trevor on the other hand seemingly alone encounters Death and that could end horribly for him.
It was so fuckin good I cried man. Such an amazing ending to an awesome series. I seen people on twitter saying they might adapt another Belmont storyline in the same universe.

The only thing that makes me sad is to think that Alucard might not reunite with his friends before the end. In the games, he outlives them by hundreds of years and moves to Japan, but I really hope that before that happens he rejoins Trevor and Sypha in their mission to keep Dracula dead or I will be very sad.

The spin off should be about the rise and fall of house Belmont
So ready for this. A cabal of vampires who want to conquer the world, a Forgemaster who wants to destroy humanity, some new faction trying to restore the order that Dracula kept, Dracula just wanting to be left alone with his wife, Belmont and Belnades trying to save the world from everyone, and Alucard just wants to be loved.
I think the captain had an impact and the new plan is to conquest

Isaac is my favorite character in this show. He seems so serious all the time, he looks so quiet, but he is very lethal and badass.
Same, i have wathed Isaac part only more than 10 times. That simple conversation with the pirate cpt is my favourite bit.
He's a Sufi and that alone makes him a whole lot of awesome.

The overall animation wasn’t as fluid as many top tier anime. But the choreography, direction, and overall detail was incredibly impressive. Good animation is more than just how fluid a scene is. I study animation, but you don’t have to take my word for it.
@@amuroray9115 I agree. frame rate and fluidity was Roger Ebert's way of putting down japanese animation over american animation. He said japanese animation would always be inferior to american because it's 30 fps instead of disney's 60 fps. This show is very anime inspired and it's images are stunning to look at, more than making up for it's frame rate.
I sincerely hope they keep things going and give us Simon and Richter arcs, could even do single season arcs of others, Order of Ecclesia or Aria of Sorrow for example. I especially want to see Richter, just so they can, word for word, reenact *that* scene.

His resurrection being against his will would explain why he still fucks shit up despite the ending of SOTN showing he felt remorse, it's the one plot point in the games that never made sense.

just finished watching season 4 my God that was a whole ride of emotions this is the best series I watched in a long time absolutely loved it.
Perhaps the most beautiful adaptation of a video game I've ever seen. Went its own route a couple of times, but ended beautifully.

Mostly events of this happened somewhere in Azeroth somewhere in a place similar to Revendreth, a Legion raid or dungeon maybe. I remember Arcane Vander making a decision to go after it's enemy or save Vi jumping through walls, because building was collapsing it was a measure of last resort.
