Tried everything still my periods were irregular. Then since my prolactin levels were high it was recommended to do light exercise then i found your video and started doing on a regular basis .
My last two periods were on time so much so that i got it in 29 days . Thank you so much Akshaya for your efforts to provide this wonderful pcos yoga series free of cost.

Same here! I did this for 5 days plus I started adding one tsp of sunflower seeds, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds and 1/2 tsp walnuts to my fruit smoothie everyday. I got my periods naturally. I have PCOD and this really helped. Thank you so much Akshaya!!

I want to share my recent experience. My menstrual cycle is pretty much regular but last month i missed my periods, i visited my gynaecologist and she prescribed medicine for 5 days to get periods back and she said that once i stop taking meds i ll get periods within a week. I took meds and continued doing this yoga flow every morning followed by 1 hr walk. I tried to complete 10 k steps everyday. Ate home cooked Indian food and reduced sugar intake.
My mind went crazy when even after 10 days of stopping the medications no signs of periods.
But i still continued above routine.
Today morning i got my periods. I dont know what worked its medicines or yoga or eating healthy but I feel very light and energetic throughout the day. This experience have made me realise that health should be the top most priority for everyone.

That ways, I'd be able to do each video just once a week? 2) Should I follow a regular routine of doing these in the morning or evening, or is it fine if some days I do it in the morning, and other days in the evening?

I followed this practice for a month and results are incredible
My thyroid is normal prolactin was way to increase it is in normal range now.
I did this practice Monday to Friday religiously, no deviation for more than a month.
Im gonna continue doing this workout, which helped me reduce fat too😅
Only this yoga and diet helped me cured my pcod and hormonal imbalance

Pcos is a lifelong condition! You need to make a lifestyle change to workout everyday and eat right. If not you will revert the symptoms. So keep working out, make lifestyle changes. You will get well soon :)

Hey darl .. Irregular periods is a lifestyle condition. Pls make sure you fix these four pillars STRESS, FOOD, SLEEP, EXERCISE. Just a yoga video will not fix your issue.. You have to do this and the rest should be taken atmost priority.

Because of studies i have to sit whole day and it cause harmonal imbalance.. that further cause irregular periods, acne, hairfall, facial hair and what not😑
