    This is the water of the CMC Tilt and Trim add on. Take a look and see what you think. I have a yamaha 25 hp long shaft on it right now. As always when boating something unexpected will come up.

    I'm from California, San Diego. I have traveled all over the USA and never saw any inhabited place as beautiful as was shown here.

    Did you find that the tiller moved back a lot or is it manageable. Just bought the same model and I”m a bit nervous about how far back the throttle will end up. Regardless, she’s going on. Our 25hp is just to darned heavy to deal with by hand.

    • @OmFishing
      @OmFishing  Před 2 lety +1

      I agree to darn heavy. My motor worked just fine the tiller handle was a little higher but I like it better. I think you will like it.

      I am running a 10/15 stainless steel prop on my Evinrude 30hp on my jon boat. It has worked well for me.

      Stary człowiek to tylko przyjaciel, z którym razem chodziliśmy na kapitana. Wiele lat temu. Moja żona nazywa go tatusiem, żeby go tylko zdenerwować. Byłby szczęśliwy, gdyby wiedział, że mogę nazywać go tatą. Naprawdę jest tylko osiem lat starszy ode mnie. Chyba nie pokazuję swojego wieku tak jak on. Dzięki za komentarz. Bądź bezpieczny.

    What are you going to do with the jack plate?

    • @OmFishing
      @OmFishing  Před 4 lety

      Not sure. The jack plate would have worked better. The tilt and trim is nice. Thanks brother Harvey. PS If you need it I will send it to you.

    Had a problem yesterday. Engine was running trimmed full down. Trimmed up an inch or 2 and the motor stalled(a few seconds after). After troubleshooting the fuel(indeed getting gas all the way to the bowl). I replayed the stall in my head and we trimmed back down. Started right up. Ran fine for the rest of the fishing trip. Minus some stalling while creeping it up to the dock. Any ideas?

    I'm curious to why this and not Yamaha trim?

    • @OmFishing
      @OmFishing  Před 3 lety

      The tilt and trim was given to me for free. The yamaha trim would have been what I would have used if I were buying it.

    Brother what can I say, did you open her up all the way? She was running good, maybe next time you can check her speed, something like around 30 to 35 mph? Great video take care and stay safe. Fix your trailer. I'll give you a call later this week ok.

    unloading from the trailer i would've knocked the tripod into the water, then crashed the boat while attempting to recover said camera

    • @OmFishing
      @OmFishing  Před 4 lety +2

      On the cheap camera I had two bungie cords holding it to the boat. The tripod on shore was just waiting for a big wake to knock it down in the water. Then I needed two bungie cords and I took them off just in time for a large boat went by. I had to run to save the camera before the wake hit shore. I just cut out the parts that I did not think anybody care about. I just cut out the dumb stuff. LOL
