^personal experience: gave it a shot, it's honestly not bad. This obviously isn't the only workout that Chris is doing on the road, but it's definitely one that makes sense given time constraints and maybe lack of a gym or equipment. If you do it right, it's not supposed to be extremely easy. Use appropriate weights and proper form and this should make for a decent workout if you only have around 30 minutes to spare.

Am I the only one that doesn‘t believe this is going to produce a physique thats Even Close to Chris‘ body??? This workout Looks more like an old dad trying to get in shape to train his sons soccer team, than actually producing a GODlike physique.

Its Chris Hemsworth's workout to downsize from Thor to his character in Men in Black. And its one workout out of his split. Working with the right weights and resistance can definitely get a person there.
Read above, the trainer explains clearly about it. This is the training to be ripped and more "athletic" (you didn't hear that part) for the new role in MIB. If you are talking about training for Thor, there are other videos and hundreds of articles on the Internet where you can find his split bulky workout

I know all the hype around Centr app and some harsh reviews sometimes, but I started working out in May with this very workout here, to get back in shape and get a good basis before adding more exercises and intensity.
After two months I ended up adding exercises and separating the workout in two routines (chest - arms then shoulders - abs - legs) to alternate everyday, but keeping in mind that philosophy (compound movements, sweating a lot, dynamic stances...). I started at 158lbs, now at 172lbs (with proper diet), lost a shit ton of belly and leg fat, improved my cardio, my joints are stronger, and my spirits are at an all time high. In the past I tried going to the gym but the atmosphere lead me to drop out everytime. Eventually these routines can be achieved at home with minimal gear.
Best overall shape of my life, good boost of confidence in much needed time.

Lotta hate on this video, but I've been doing the routine for a month, have gained muscle mass, strength and endurance. If done right, this is a 25 to 30min medium intensity routine to burn calories and tone your body. I don't want a Thor body, so for the intended use, this routine was 100x better than my last one, which was sitting at my computer watching youtube :P
If you do nothing, give it a try and feel 100x better. If you want Thor's body, move along (and set realistic goals for yourself!)
Question, how many times a week did you do this? Any particular rest days?
Ex. 3 days | break | 3 days

Amazing workout. Half the time I usually workout and it made me more sore than my usual workout.
Krios, you may be confused. This workout may not seem what you think because it's not supposed to be a super hard muscle-builder. As Chris already started out with a muscular stature before filming this movie, this workout is to focus on getting him into an extremely chiseled shape while also providing muscle building. But the muscle building isn't his primary goal, it's the chisling, because he already has muscle to work with in the first place. Of course, if you wanted to look like The God of Thunder, then you would have to begin with intense muscle growth, and afterwards, moving into the losing fat stage, such as this workout.

Oh man I tried this workout on a day that I was short on time and it was honestly perfect if you think it’s easy just up the weight you’ll see. I’ll def be keeping this workout in the roster if I’m strapped for time
Chris was in amazing shape in the movie Extraction. This workout is great if you’re limited in equipment, and have little time. Chris Hemsworth incorporates a ton of heavy lifts and a high caloric diet to look the way he looks.

This is why you shouldn't get a tattoo in a language you don't know very well. He obviously asked for the translation. While it's technically not wrong, it wouldn't be something a Thai person would get. I'd personally go with แกร่ง instead.

If somebody doesnt have good joint strength or mobility they can easily injure themselves. Its more and more common for trainers to get clients to do safer/less taxing variations of burpees
the pain i second this. My right ankle is less stable than my left. I did weighted burpees with a jump during my training before I went off to boot camp. I knew the jump wasn’t necessary, but I liked the way it felt so I kept doing it that way. One day I ended up coming down and tweaking that bad ankle because I was going overboard with my training. I can personally suggest from experience to do your workouts effectively but safely.

I mean tbh I started working out a year and a half ago because I wanted to be ripped and shit like that and recently I've stopped caring so I only workout because I enjoy it and I've gotten a lot stronger just from enjoying the workout, you don't have to find a workout tough to get results at all.

I do similar exercises so females take notes. I do have modifications some making it harder or easier and works slightly different angle of the muscle suited to my body. 8 circuits is intense with no break though so props to Chris Hemsworth.

It isn't normal. Try with a weight that you are comfortable with at first, be it 4Kg or 5. Then progressively overload.

Well yeah, I won't ever be that handsome. People need to just focus on healthy eating, and following an exercise regime that will get them to to have the body they want that is suited for their time. Be it weights, calisthenics, yoga or whatever
As he said at the beginning of the video, this trainig is not for the Thor role but for the Men in Black role. That means its not for gaining muscles but for keeping them and losing fat.
