23, 73, 62 all look slow and overwhelmed. The jets where so strong in the neutral zone all season but Colorado‘s speed just seems to solve that almost effortlessly.

The Avalanche are just the better team
I believe that because the Avs are a better team than the Jets, the Avs deserve to be a up 3-1 in the series and thus likely to win said series during the 5th or 6th game.

When Team Canada gets put together, you will see Makar and MacKinnon at the top of that list (along with McD), because they are among the top 5 in the league. This is a very tough match up for the Jets. The commentators who favored Winnipeg should have been more honest: playoffs are different -- key players dominate more because they get more ice time. Sometimes almost twice as much -- especially at crucial times. Doesn't mean Winnipeg can't win, it's just very difficult. Teams don't often win 2 cups in a row, but they can win 2 in 3 years.

I have seen all the playoff games. I think one of these 4 teams will win the Stanley Cup this year - Colorado Avalanche, Vegas Golden Kinights, New York Rangers and Carolina Hurricanes. I have been most impressed with these teams in terms of puck possession, defense, shots on goal etc.
Dallas has outplayed Vegas in every game, according to the 'Deserve-To-Win-O-Meter.' The Stars were at 57% in game 1, 63% in game 2, and 93% in game 3. Dallas is getting better each game.
I think we all knew deep down inside that this was a definate possibility.
No chance they win 3 straight. At least give an effort for your home fans in game 5. You should have a lot left over from not giving it in game 4.

What an embarrassing way to go for the Jets. Feel so bad for the fans, I mean this Jets team looked as good as 17-18 and now are in the brink of elimination infront of their fans. All in? They certainly did not play their cards right and are going to bust.

It was never a 3-1 lead for the Avs in that series. It was 2-1 Avs and Seattle took the next two, Avs forced a game 7 and lost that at home.

I'm a Jets fan, but their clearly outmatched.
I think the Jets will be swept by the Avalanche in the next game. The Avalanche are just too fast in everything - cycling the puck, clogging up the neutral zone, puck possessions, shots at goal. The figures are staggering. I think the Jets playoff chances are done.
I believe it's only referred to as a sweep if they win it in 4.

Hellebuyck isn’t a playoff performer just a regular season wizard against terrible teams such as the Ducks and Sharks.
Expect the season ticket sales drive to fizzle.
What goals should Hellebuyck have saved yesterday? Makar's maybe? No goalie in the league is going to save the two Nichushkin goals and the Lehkonen goal. The Jets defense is too slow for the NHL playoffs it seems.

History keeps repeating. This will be the 6th time this franchise has will have lost 4 games in a row in a playoff series. At this point I wish they would just move to another city. The Avs have adapted their game to the way the Jets play, they're constantly in position to intercept passes and they box the Jets to the outside and don't allow shots on net.
Can't expect to win when you keep trying the same thing over and over again. The Avs players probably go back to that locker room and ROAR with laughter at how easy Bowness is making it for them!!
