Снять мост с гружёного грузовика прямо на улице у них как отдельный вид искусства!
даже шов не разделали< металл толстенный < насрали с верху а потом сточили) до первого перегруза!))))))
они занимаются х..й, дрочиво какое то, при установке на машину мост лопнет по шву даже без нагрузки от напряжений в самом металле при движении полуосей. его порвет как тузик грелку ))))

Looking at the housing when it was on the press. The crack looked like it was cut with a cutting torch.

The repair work has been carefully engineered and executed. The welding work is satisfactory. Will last the lifetime of the axle
its a wonder they did not grind out a v shape to get a full penitration weld, I would be worried about a weak weld splitting.
Меня больше всего интересует вопрос , каким образом можно сломать мост в этом месте?
предполагаю что использовали мост как пустую ось (без редуктора) и перегрузили знатно. хотя бы на резьбы закрутили самодельную пластину по типу крышки (блин) усилили бы... а так ломанули пустой чулок

На мой взгляд он не лопнувший, а газорезкой резан. Да и по виду где то на металлоломе сперли.
Видно же газорезом прорезанно специально для контента 😅

Такие поломки случаются у индусов , пакистанцев и бангладежцев,потому что они наслаждаются от перегруза техники. Они будут больные, если не перегрузят.
It looks cut open rather than broken.
That is because it was first cut open and also this same video has been shown numerous times by other CZcams channels.
Just think. for this "alleged" break to happen the bolts holding the differential must have been made from elastic and also think of how much gear oil was "leaked" through the break in the diff housing.

there is no way that anything inside of this axle will run true to each other.
this axle will chew up bearings and bevel gears by the hour, if it spins at all.
When an axle is damaged like this one, and repaired with dirty welding, it is doomed to fail again. Yes, they have nothing to work with and it's amazing under the circumstances but when the same truck is overloaded again who will be hurt or killed when it fails all over again? This is not a matter of if, but when it will happen.
The condition of the roads in that part of the world prevents driving at any speed. Safety isn't a concern. I imagine getting the truck back on the road and earning money while a new axle is sourced from China, or where ever, is the chief concern. This is a farm repair. Get the tractor patched up and we will fix it properly after harvest is in.

Самое смешное, что после треугольника на видео видна трещина. Они не заварили гдето 3-5см. Масло оттуда будет срать литрами! XD
