Home built outboard boat 0 to 50 mph

Beautiful late October day in the PNW.
Rough editing of two 0 to 50+mph runs, spinning a 20" chopper to 6000 rpm. . Was just curious as to how quick the boat is with the 20" prop. The GPS laaaaaagggggssssss! :)

The old Mercury outboard's were rockets. Still are... One of my best friends had a purple & white Glastron rigged with 150 horsepower black mercury. . We would bair foot ski in double behind this boat all the time right at sunset. The wind would die on Minnesota lakes. We were young & ready to go...
