It really gives some hope doesn't it?
@@CowboyKentRollins you are putting Mexicans in poblano peppers?
And that is NOT fake news. God bless the cowboy!
Yes, I have his books !
It makes me feel great the way kent rolllin honors mexican cuisine 🇲🇽🇲🇽. U see, us mexicans really get offended when other ethnicity try to cook our way but fail, but gentleman kent rollins treats us with such respect and even though a couple of his recipes are quite different than the ones our moms cook, they are close enough if not as authentic as they come. I love this channel thank you for showing my culture the respect it deserves. You deserve our 🇲🇽 respect you have earned it you deserve it. God bless america and god bless kent rollins ans his family 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you so much and God bless you and yours

This man is a national treasure! God bless you and yours and thank you for teaching us all these wonderful recipes.
It is our pleasure and God bless you
Sit one of them bad boys down next to a nice ribeye and the day is complete. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
You got that right!
And an iced cold Shiner Bock to wash it down and an apple crisp w/vanilla ice cream to top it off! Great video and steak suggestion 👌 👍!
Alongside of a smoked, power marinated, MR Wagyu rib eye! It seldom gets any better!
God bless cowboy Kent 🤠 🇺🇸 👍🏽👍🏽
Thanks and God bless you
Watching all sorts of American content creators, all of them proud to be American, from genuine cowboys like Mr. Rollins here, all the way to those that found a home there such as Chef Jean-Pierre (who likes to say about himself "I am 50% French, 50% Italian, 100% American. God bless America!") has given me so much appreciation for your culture. Your pride of being free, of being masters of your destiny, is awe inspiring. Don't ever change, Americans. Our hope is with you.
We thank you for taking time to watch
Thank you so much!
This comment means a lot in these trying times. God bless the US of A!
God bless America, from the Philippines
I'm from Ukraine, Kharkiv and I like Mr. Rollins' accent and the way he represents his cooking tutorials.
The environment of his place is beautiful and the dogs are very cute.
I don't like to cook but somehow I've watched all the clips from the channel 😂
P.S. thanks for the tanks to all Americans
GOD BLESS YOU BOTH AND THE PUPS LOVE ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS
Hot damn! I’m excited. It’s what’s for dinner❣️. Thanks buddy ✅
@debbie thank so much for watching
I just ate, but now I NEED a stuffed pepper for desert!
Shannon - I love you and your house shoes; there's absolutely nothing wrong with a little comfort!
Oh you two are just gorgeous the way you can make us laugh with your real down to earth humour.
Thank you
My amigo, you just keep outdoing yourself. These are making me want to drool.
Good eating they are
@@CowboyKentRollins God bless you, Kent, and Shan too.
God bless Kent! You've been keeping me fed well here in college for at least two years and I wish I could thank you with something more than just a comment!
You are very welcome and glad to help
Cowboy Kent I grew up on stuffed peppers. Mom made them about once a week. Hearing your description in the first 15 seconds made me change my whole way of thinking about them. I'm still giving a shout to my mom Nancy, 89 and holding.
My pastor would love your cookbook. The hotter the better he likes it and loves Mexican food. These peppers looks delicious.😊😊😊
that ole Cowboy is so delightful, i got my mama watching the videos as well!
Kent I want to thank you and your wife for all you do. Especially for honoring the service men and women.
I am sure you don’t remember as many people that comment but i commented one other time in 2020. I was in the hospital with Covid-19 when I sent the comment.
I am 76 years old and enjoy all your videos.
May God bless you guys.
God bless you and we hope you're in good health now
Great recipe. Poblano peppers with mashed potatoes and bacon, healthy meal.
Kent the Poet, the Cook, the Philosopher, the Teller of Tales, and great husband. What a man.
Richard we thank you so much for watching and the kind words
I just love to see the happy dance when Ken realizes the food is delicious! Great job. Shout out to Shannon too, you do great camera work!! You guys make cooking fun!!
Always a pleasure to be surfing the CZcams and coming to Kent Rollins

A) Looks fantastic, cannot wait to make! B) Is it just me, or the closing video with Kent and his dog walking into the sunset? Wouldn't I love to be walking along side, talking food and life. Great inspiration.
It's so cool how you keep bacon for the pups. I don't know why they don't hang around more with all that goodness in the 'kitchen'
Have a great day
I can just watch these videos all day long
People like Kent and his wife are what's keeping America a great place to live.
We thank you for watching
If those are half as good as the stuffed bell peppers, count me in!!!
Gotta try them!
So good
I’m making these for the NFC championship tomorrow as I am a diehard Eagles fan for my whole like. I’m having a party tomorrow and I bought enough to make 2 Dozen of these in my smoker. And I’ve got 12 nice 16oz ribeye steaks that are already marinating for 24 hours. And I have a large barrel smoker, which I will be cooking them on for my guests. They are supplying the beer and the snacks lol. It’s gonna be fun trying your recipe as I’ve never been disappointed with any thing you’ve ever created! Thankyou
Hope everyone enjoys and yall get the win
My mouth is watering! 🤤I need a drool rag!
ken and Shan, Anyone who has not tried poblano peppers you really should. If you take the seeds and the veins out( use a little knife) they will not be spicy at all. So good like Ken dancing! Ken, if I pulled the torch out my husband would haul ass to his truck and leave! Thank you both! Shan no shame in slippers!
Thanks Stacie for watching
Kent I just wanted to send you best wishes from Scotland. Me and my kids enjoy watching your channel. You're a great character and the food always looks fantastic. Good vibes buddy. 🇬🇧🇺🇸
Be sure to hold onto that sunset footage of the Cowboy and the pups. That's special right there.
Shannon did capture a great clip she did
Kent is the man i want to be when Im 50. Pure blooded American doing what he loves.
Love your recipes Kent.
Thanks
As a Hispanic, we stuff poblano peppers a bit differently. Kent’s recipe is fabulous. I can get poblanos quite easily. The rest is no problem. Now I have something to concentrate on instead of watching CZcams most of the time. Hey, but how else would I have gotten this great way to stuff peppers. Maybe you could do the Mexican version in the future. I think they are very simple. Thank you Mr. Kent. God bless & Stay safe!
Check out his stuffed bell peppers, they are delicious with a Mexican taste!
What's the Mexican version of this dish, I'm thinking maybe some spiced up ground beef instead of the bacon, let me know, thx..
@@IWantToSmashLiberalsWithHammer theres different variations but my favorite is the pepper stuffed with tinga (shredded chicken sauteed in a tomato-chipotle and onion salsa)
@@IWantToSmashLiberalsWithHammer The version I remember wasn’t so fancy, just the pepper roasted in a cast iron skillet to “cook off” the skin. Then stuffed with cheese and lots of bacon. I don’t remember the type of cheese, but I don’t think it really matters. Anything else is the cook’s desired ingredients for his or someone else’s taste.
We didn’t have a lot to work with growing up. It had to be simple, but the poblanos grew locally. Lots of red chilies 🌶️ too, but that’s a different story!
@@IWantToSmashLiberalsWithHammer'scuse
'scuse me but either or? This granny votes for bacon & beef😂
You had me at the point you were using the torch. 😉 these are my very favorite peppers. I love your bowl.
Thanks so much, that torch does come in handy
Cooking with a flamethrower, Tim Allen would approve. 😄
@@Shauma_llama BEST comment of the day.
Spent 22 years in the service and every time you thank us, I tear up a bit. Thank you Kent for all the hard work you've put into your videos. Haven't watched all your videos but am trying. Keep up the good work.
This would be a amazing keto dish with cauliflower instead of potatoes- Gonna give er a try
Hope you enjoy
Shannon! Love your photos and video captures but I have to say, your video of Kent walking up the hill into the sun light is absolutely captivating. It has cowboy written all over it but, you captured something that can truly tell a thousand tales. One of, if not the best video edits you’ve done.
Yummy stuff peppers look good. 😊🐕🇺🇸
Wow! The lady in the house shoes was sure on her game! Those were some beautifully edited shots.
This man is a treasure chest, must be protected at all costs. Thanks for the great videos!
Love the casual shoes. That’s what I wear at home too. It’s all about being comfortable when I’m at home. 🥰
Its the offspring of a stuffed pepper and a twice baked potato! Definitely going to try this recipe, thanks Kent.
Hope you enjoy and thanks for watching
I grew up eating stuffed green bell peppers, and my first wife was from England and she got me hooked on cottage pie. So one day I decided to combine the two together, so I came up with a casserole dish. I chopped up the bell peppers and added them to the hamburger stuffed bell pepper mix. Next I put the mix into a baking dish and then layered mashed potatoes on top and baked it to yummy perfection.
But I'm going to try making yours because they look flippin delicious!!!
And yes, I have your ORIGINAL SEASONING, and LOVE IT !
Mm. Mm. Delish! Poblano Peppers are beautiful, deep green shiny. Thanks much!
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted” Matt 5:4 thank you so much cowboy Kent! I have been so down the last month after the passing of my grandson Ethan but watching your program makes me smile. Thank you sir! God bless!
2 Cor 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
Stuffed poblanos' are my favorite. I stopped using bell peppers quite a while ago, so much flavor! I don't roast & sweat them though.
Stuffed peppers (with a seasoned ground meat filling) were a mainstay on our table as a kid. I make them sometimes to be "closer" to mom and the nostalgia of it, as well as the way she made them was really good.
She just finally passed at the age of 94, a farm girl and 40+ years as a dedicated cardiqc and intensive care nurse, her whole life was about caring for others.
I've told you about her several times in the stories I shared with you... Her father was the town butcher, one of nine kids, she (when not working in the slaughterhouse) and her mother cooked for 13 people, 3x a day, 6 days a week (only their 11 on Sunday) and basically ran a restaurant out of their house making everything you could imagine from all kinds of meats/roasts to bread and baked goods galore and a frequent star was my grandma's stuffed peppers. An easy way to serve so many people and deal with the process and aftermath. They didn't smoke them but, they were baked in a wood-fired oven. 😉
LOVE THIS COUPLE AND ALL THERE VIDEOS ANOTHER GOODONE SOUNDS DELICIOUS MR.KENT 🤗
Thanks Kathy so much
Great video, Kent! I always love seeing your stellar dance moves at the end of the video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Cowboy Kent's cooking could unite us all
Oh my goodness, you outdid yourself with these. I just sent it to a friend to watch & they texted back that they were drooling after watching it. What a combination of flavors!

Yummy. A good alternative for us that are doing low carb, instead of potatoes, use cauliflower mash and add the bacon and chilies, and cream cheese.
Sounds great!

Thanks Sheri and God bless you
Normally in mexico we stuff poblano peppers with a soft cheese or with condimented grinded meat and we bath them with a tomato sauce, it is common as well to cover the pepper with some kind of egg "tempura". Your recipe looks delicious as well! Thanks for sharing
I believe in your food Kent, because you're an amazing person, simple and good family man who at the same time inspire and entertain people with this videos, greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina
The best video camera operators always shoot in their house slippers! Gotta be comfortable at work ya know!
I love the stuffed pepper recipe. When you got the bacon down from the highest cabinet to give to the dogs, it reminds me of when I would make bacon for the family. I’d have to hide it so they won’t eat it before they’re supposed to I love watching your channel. Kathy.
PS I love the purple shirt
Thanks Kathy
I've cooked many different kinds of stuffed peppers, poblanos too. My mouth is WATERING watching this video brother!!!
Idaho….I have let you down! I have never even thought of spuds in a stuffed pepper!
The knife to scape the pepper is genius!

I have made similar. I have added half a tube of Jimmy Dean HOT pork sausage cooked and drained of grease added to the taters, bacon, cheese mix. Mmmmm good.

I pray he receives 10 times the amount he puts in. he's the best.
The KR original seasoning also goes really well with steamed vegetables. The stuffed peppers look amazing. They would be great with pork chops and I think that's what is happening here soon. Thanks for the great video.
OUTSTANDING, MR. KENT COLLINS ! LOVE THE POBLANO !
I've never seen stuffed peppers made like this. Mom used to make them regularly when I was growing up but hers were a little different. These look incredible so I'm up for trying them your way. Everything you make is outstanding so I know I can't lose with these.
Hope you enjoy
Once again, thank you KR and Co. The world needs you all.
I always seem to find myself watching you create such delicious foods, after I've had my supper. Then I find myself hungry all over again! Only through great will power do I fight off the urge to cook a meal like what I've just watched being created. If I didn't, I would weigh 400 pounds by now. Cheers from Winnipeg.
I make these frequently, but a KR version is always welcome-yum!
That looked scrumptious
These look great. Im gonna see if my buddy wants to help fix them up for his Superbowl party so will be sharing this with him. Thanks for the great channel and the great recipes and great food ideas. God bless you and Shannon and the pup's.

Thanks Kim and we appreciate you watching
What a true gentleman.

What i love the most about this as a Mexican, is the food culture that we share with our brothers of North, the blend of our dishes together is awesome. Great vid as always

It's cool how food sorta migrates to different places. 👍
We watch the videos just like now our 3rd shift break as a police officer we salute you!!
Good lord. I'm making chilli relleno on Friday night

Thanks again for another great video! Going to need to try this, looking so scrumptious. Love your humor and spice you add to the video. Shan's laugh is like a beautiful bell 🔔 Thanks again 🤗
Thanks, I do love to hear her laugh
Kent, I sell poblano peppers, and all other hot peppers from Mexico, for a living, so guess what I'm making this weekend? Thanks for the recipe and the good nature and humor. Look forward to your videos every Wednesday. Big fan here in AZ. Peace.
Great recipe! I will definitely be doing that! I love poblanos, they are my favorite pepper! I don't even use bell peppers anymore. They are great anyway you do them! Love you guys so much thank you for what you stand for and God bless my friends!
Hope you enjoy and God bless you
I live in an apartment so "flamethrowers" and smokers are verboten. I'll have to blister the poblanos the way my grandmother and mother did it on a Comal (coh-mahl) and just have to oven-bake them. Someday Brother Kent - someday I'll have a porch, a BBQ, and a smoker - God Bless, and keep the recipes coming.
And God bless you as well
I have been battling PPdepression and Kent your videos always cheer me up, I could watch your cooking videos all day, you bring such warmness to cooking. Thank you and God bless!
Mr Kent you reminded me of my uncle Bob tooooo cool for school just so you know I'm 51 he was great like you
With all the bad news available seven days a week it sure is nice to see this guy's videos to lighten things up. And he loves the USA!

Oh man what an amazing idea. Poblano and Hatch are my go to peppers. Thanks!
Mine too!
Mmmm! I love me some Stuffed Peppers! Those look Amazing! Thank you Kent! God Bless 🙏🙏❤❤🇺🇸🇺🇸
I followed the same recipe with the only exception that I cooked some ground beef with diced onions and mushrooms with some fajita seasoning and laid the “smashed taters mix” on a bed of ground beef and then smoked them to perfection! 😀🤤🫠
Sounds good
