It is the folk dance of our indian state rajasthan. Every Indian state has her own dance forms and language
All most every country in asia has its cultural influence from india,south east asia and persia had its root from ancient indian vedic period and even east asia has also a cultural influence from india because of buddhism.
This song was challenge for actress because the dress is especially design in Rajasthani design. This dress have work of golden thread and gems plus the jewelry is real especially design by Tanishq (best known for diamond jewelry name in India) the total weight she was wearing approx 85 kg which is remarkable....

This Ghoomar dance is Rajastha's (largest state of India by area) traditional dance and has been in world's top 4 local dance/folk dance (source : Wikipedia)

Jewel in palace was my first Korean drama it was dubbed in Hindi I was in 6th standard when I had first watched it ....at that time South Korea helped us at neuclar power plant project so to build good relationship it was telecasted in our national channel to show us what exactly Korean culture is
Himanshi Dagar I thought that was japan who helped us....Japan,Russia,usa helped us many times....SK is also a friend but not that close like Russia ,japan, Afghanistan,Iran or Israel
Niko Bellic don't get me wrong I was saying because of advertisement which was telecasted before and after the show and during telecasted period and I clearly remember it saying about technology which was used by these countries it was that time when we were not allowed to use neuclar power plant for civil purpose and The 48-nation NSG granted a waiver to India on 6 September 2008 allowing it to access civilian nuclear technology and fuel from other countries and south Korea was on of them on the top of it we have another agreement with sk in 2011 about neuclar fuel after. We broke up that tie up 48....whatever help was little that's why very few people know about it

Himanshi Dagar yess it was mine first k drama also now I have a long list of watched k drama 😂 and that time I was also in 6 th standard.. It was a story about jang Maa she was inspiration for me that time.. And it was aired because 1st posco steel company (Korean company) plant was launched.

wait you guys said 'jewel in the palace' i have watched that tv series it was the part of cultural exchange between India and korea when posco deal was signed and with that one more famous korean tv series used to come I think almost 15 years have passed I loved those tv series specially the fight scenes mind-blowing stuff.sweet childhood memories guys.iwas glued to tv screen when those series were broadcasted .yes now i remember second one was 'emperor of the sea'

the movie is based on a true story. there is a guy named Alaudin Khilji. he thought that everything precious was rightfully his. he did not know that the most precious girl was living miles away. one day, after Padmavathi (the most precious girl) is married, Alaudin comes to know that she exists. then, he wants to meet her. so, in order to protect Padmavathi, from Alaudin's evil eye, her husband makes her stand across the lake, and places a mirror beside him. so, Alaudin can't see her directly. Alaudin falls in love with her and want her to himself. so, he proclaims war. Alaudin cheats and wins the war without integrity. then, Alaudin proceeds to kill Padmavathis husband. upon hearing this news, Padmavathi and the rest of the ladies commit suicide by jumping into fire. they do so because this is the greatest defeat for Alaudin, since he is always looking for women. Padmavathis name in reality is actually Padmini. I don't know why they changed it. Till this day, she is known as a warrior queen.
