    I really like your video on the Kleenex holders in a mason jar just wondering about the decals can you order them ready to put on. I don't have a circut machine and don't knw how to use transfer paper. Thank you. Vicki Anderson

      ʕっ•ᴥ•ʔっHi Vicki - I just read your comment and I see it was long ago but I wanted to suggest asking a friend with a Cricut to print one for you. Etsy also has some sellers that advertise Cricut cutouts specifically and I don't know if you tried but if you send Sallie a message she may be happy to send you one. Still, if you don't have any luck just message me and I would gladly send you the words you want & a piece of transfer tape as well💗 I don't have an Etsy shop yet but I would be happy to help(◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。All the best to you and yours!

    What is the drying time on the spray paint and poly acrylic paint? WhAt kind of spray paint did you use?

    • @SimplySallie
      @SimplySallie  Před 3 lety

      I like to let the spray paint dry and cure a full 24 hours. Polycrylic doesn't take as long to dry! Lately I've been using just regular krylon spray paint and it gives great results! In this video I was using chalk spray paint.

    Hello :) I tried to do this and used the same polyacrilic and brush but at the end, the jar was full of bubbles.. what can I do to avoid that?

    • @SimplySallie
      @SimplySallie  Před 4 lety +1

      Make sure you are smoothing your polycrylic out with your brush a few times. If you put it on to thick it may cause bubbles. Try layering one section, and then going over that same section without dipping your brush again, then move on to the next. Hope this helps. If you have anymore questions let me know!

      I saw on another tutorial they used Kleenex Perfect Fit tissues... They come in a cylinder. Just remove and place inside your jar. Her method is good too, no need for special purchases. I also saw a felt circle with an X-cut, hot glued inside the ring for the tissue dispensing top. That's a nice touch. I'm excited to make some of these!

    Won’t that sealer smell like strong chemicals ? You would really need the Kleenex because that would make you sneeze and smell not good for your lungs ?

    REALLY hate when people don't stay on camera....they do something out of frame , so how is someone supposed to follow.
