I agree with a lot of the comments about the blue paint. I could see doing a blue accent wall but not all of the walls. And I may be off base, I've never had kids, the boy's room seems like a lot of fun but the little girl's room is too much of a designer room rather than a fun room for her. There's too much pink and it really doesn't look like a room made for a kid. I think she liked her brother's room better than her own.
1. The blue is perfect…so optimistic and open…like a horizon or a morning sky over a mountain. 2. I love the floral overlay painted on the foyer walls, very reminiscent of the islands. 3. Nate and Jeremiah know how to get kids to participate in the joy of a new room with the paper doorway!. 4. Oversized peonies can carry the little girls room into a teenagers room easily. 5. Anyone criticizing Jeremiah on the high waisted trousers is out of step with current fashion.
Not sure she liked it but she was well behaved. Lovely couple.
I doubt she kept the blue, but I wouldn't blame her. I think they should have added crown molding or something structural to define the space better.

I liked the furniture a lot and some of the accessories. I really wish they had not let her choose that blue. It reminds me of the country geese theme in the 80's. The girls room turned out really cute. The boys room I kinda liked. The atrium not so much. I would have liked to see a seating area with some lighted trees or something that could be nice for adults as well. I still love their designs but this one was an over all miss for me.

Not a fan of blue and the colors of blue chosen were not tranquil...now I understand Nate & Jeremiah's adherence to white.
The blue is beautiful when you see it as a whole, kinda like a comfy English cottage vibe. It's just a bit jarring when one is expecting a lighter and more neutral colour, I think.

She doesn’t like color. I know, let’s paint the whole house blue! Everything in this house is just so over-the-top. The kids are going to hurt their necks craning upward to see the TV because it’s mounted so high. The paint in the boys’ room is way too dark, and the girls’ room, literally everything is pink. I will say that the treehouse in the atrium is brilliant, but the rest of the house looks like it came out of a cartoon.
I literally had the same thoughts 😓 I didn't expect them to paint the WHOLE house blue! No disrespect, they usually have amazing design ideas but this one was disappointing and I didn't like it.

I love the girls room
I love Nate and Jeremiah and feel their taste is flawless. But I was surprised by this makeover as I don't love the baby blue color wall paint. I just don't love this makeover. I don't think that Nate and Jeremiah would have this color in their home. The only aspect I loved was the treehouse in the garden for the kids.
I've loved all of them, except for this one. The entry way has a hair salon vibe.

Don't forget the dehumidifer! Even though we have a/c in our 1,258 square foot condo we still have VERY high humidity. This is because we live next to a marsh and across from a lake. We run our dehumidifer 24/7 and it fills up within 1 to 2 days. Our a/c is almost new (its just 4 years old) and it should have been a larger unit but...that is not what the seller put in, so....
How about the master bedroom? Did you do too?

I like the pink but the daughter looks underwhelmed, it might be a bit too much tough. The light blue of the whole house ia a bit too much also the dark blue in the boy's room is too dark.
The wall colouring was hideous. Looks like a 70’s brothel. This design was not nice. But I do love Nate and Jeremiah.

The black-to- white continuum is stale and trite. Everybody and all nine of his brothers have used that for many years now. Don't be afraid of color. Keep the big ticket items neutral and add color and flair with the pillows, the art, and such. Those are inexpensive and easy to change.

Oh I hate that blue! They should have gone greige…. It is just awful…..baby boy blue…. I would have cried if I walked into that. …. I think they will be painting within 6 months. I love everything else, just need to change that colour.

Relax peeps its just paint(re-paint) ,they got top designers to do their house . I love the rest except for the paint but its nit a major issue
That's what happens when you buy a house simply to show off your "wealth and status." And she thinks she's failing as a mom because of the "way the house looks." You're raising your kids to be very superficial.

to me this was too much blue, Nate and Jeremiah dont like color, I feel maybe blue accents or an accent wall, first video I personally dont like 100% its very beautiful, I just feel me personally would get tired of that blue in about a year.
