    ✨💖✨”This house is going to be so much than just a home for you guys, and we take that responsibility very seriously.” That’s it in a nutshell. It is what sets Nate and Jeremiah apart from the crowd. The total heart and commitment they put in to a project. Their vast knowledge and talent doesn’t hurt either.

    I do think it’s beautiful and as someone with epilepsy I do appreciate the soundproofing and blackouts. People won’t know how important that is. But honestly walking into the main space, they said how safe it looked and I just saw how dangerous it looked. I kept thinking of how many things I would hit and how their were no soft rugs lol. I have plush rugs on my hardwood and as little excess as possible. So no freestanding lamps etc. This space didn’t make my anxiety feel better lol. It’s beautiful but I would remove 1/3 of it lol and add a whole bunch of softness to feel truly safe.

    $7,700.00...for a rug? So, the budgets these couples have are really just subsidizing whatever pool of money Nate & Jeremiah have to renovate homes. Because there is no way to ethically spend that much on a rug if the bill is primarily being footed by the couple. ETA: That camera pan to the LG Studio fridge logo suggest these renos probably have sponsors...

    • @zuriendrinkscoffee

      $7,700 is for the wooden flooring

    • @joleonthestreet
      @joleonthestreet Před 2 lety +1

      the 7700$ is the wooden flooring and they get sponsors for appliances from LG and furniture from living spaces for most of their projects so the couples money mostly goes for renovations
