0:05 The Manufacturer wanted a new long block (complete engine) installed. Pistons will have 3 rings so most likely the oil control ring was not installed. The technician is not sure which one was not installed as the manufacturer didn't want the engine torn apart any more than it was.
0:36 Water pump was replaced under warranty.
0:47 Instrument cluster was replaced under warranty.
0:55 Engine replaced under warranty.
1:11 The machined services (engine block and cylinder head) must have been so precise that it didn't cause an engine until 10000 miles and under load. As mentioned the technician had also seen these on other models (Ford Edge).
1:24 Somebody wants to drive a little fast...
1:43 The manufacturer didn't want the technician to take apart the engine anymore so he's unsure of the exact issue, however, he said another technician had seen the wrist pin retaining clips fall off on these newer 3.0L Duramax engines.
1:55 Never seen somebody install a piston backwards.
2:09 No extra info.
2:17 Short block was replaced.
2:34 Internal coolant loss in engine. The customer's vehicle is 9 years old and they wanted Ford to cover the engine under warranty but it's 4 years past the warranty date (and over the mileage as well).
4:29 Found before doing the PDI (pre-delivery inspection).
4:34 Customer just angry on how much the services cost, even though a tire rotation for $28 is pretty good nowadays.

There's no way that lady spent $60k on a car that was $10-15k new. I'd believe $6k.
Gold Accessoires on that Fiesta 😂 even with everything in it These are 15k max
$60K is as delusional of a price as her expectation of a 9 yr warranty 😂
Maybe she meant $16K not $60K. Either way she got 9 years out of a really cheap car lol.

If she did spend that much, it just means that shes a moron or a sucker. Can't blame other people for that.
Wow, love how an engine was assembled with no piston rings, and how an engine even went without a head gasket. That's quite impressive.

I work as a mechanic. I've had customers get angry at me... You get use to it. If someone says they can get a 15 year old to do the job for them I tell them go for it... I once had a customer get mad at me for taking an hour to replace the rear brakes on her Mercedes C class. And she didn't want to pay. So I spent my lunch hour to put her old pads back in and she took her car to the so called Google Mechanic and guess what... The kid they got to do the brakes didn't realize that on a Merc you have to tell the computer to release the park brake before your replace the pads 😂 she came back to the shop with the car on a flat bed because now the car doesn't have rear brakes anymore
We had a guy bring in an Eldorado for an a/c belt. Had to remove the 3 other belts to get the belt on. When it was done, he wouldn’t pay the labour and probably thought we would leave it.
I was told to cut the belt off as it was the fastest way to remove it. Guy went nuts yelling he doesn’t have air conditioning now.
Should have paid for the repair.
On the other hand, shouty man has a point. If it takes a grown man 3 hours to change oil and patch a flat, he needs have a good hard look at himself. Yes, I'm a mechanic.
I accidently did that on my Jag F-Type because the battery died suddenly which I discovered is common. Last thing it did while I was mid pad swap is engage the E-Brake and shot out the cylinder. Had to put it all back together, re-calibrate the E brake and bleed it by myself using a metal pipe to push the brake while also losening and tightening the bleeder. Lucky I have long arms.
The lesson here is, put the car on a battery tender 😂
This is exactly why you simply pay for what you don't know how to do for yourself. It sucks, and it can be expensive. But I like a job done right the first time, and if not it is warrantied.
I am a loyal Discount Tire customer. While it is true they do the job in 15 minutes, that is only after waiting a few hours in queue. A 3 hour wait at the dealer sounds about right.
To be fair to the Ford Fiesta lady: I had a 2013 Fiesta, and the transmission was so bad they were sued in multiple class-action lawsuits. The car nearly killed me with slipping gears on more than one occasion, like jack-rabbiting into an intersection at a red light, or suddenly downshifting two gears (auto was a double-clutch) going 65 on the highway. When my son totaled the car (he was fine, thank goodness), I was actually *relieved* I didn't have to fight Ford any more for giving me the runaround on replacing the transmission under warranty. So yeah, I was pretty close to leaving a crazy rant like that myself.
Another testimony pointing to how manual transmissions are way less problematic. There is no reason whatsoever to make manuals obsolete, yet that's what the industry is doing. It is a symptom of the utter contempt for the consumer held by the auto industry.
I used to work at ford when the double clutch recall hit hard. I remeber hearing from a tech that it was a 2 step process,. 1- verify the slipping. 2- if confirmed, set up a later appointment for a repair that may or may not fix the issue. That was Fords best solution. Glad i dont work there anymore.
@@GoonSquadLifeMemberthe double clutch transmissions ford made were just a terrible transmission, there are automatic transmissions that goes hundreds of thousands of miles with less maintenance than a standard transmission.
@@jefftindell7924 "verify the slipping" is where Ford screwed everyone. They made the dealers look bad by giving them almost impossible conditions to meet before slippage was verified and a replacement was authorized, and the customers felt it was the dealers' fault for the runaround. Later it was found Ford knew about the problem before the transmission was put into service but did it anyway hoping the problem wouldn't be that bad. Extremely poor management by Ford.
Let me clear a few things up here. The transmission in the Fiesta and Focus is NOT the problem. The problem is the clutch and transmission control module. The transmission, is an "automatically" shifted manual transmission. The problem stems from the clutch not engaging fast enough, causing it to overheat and damage the pressure plates and flywheels. This causes the shutter that occurs. Fixing the problem requires the clutch to engage faster, which would make the shifts feel less smooth.

Imagine spending 60K on a FIesta
I'm willing to bet actual money she didn't change the oil since she got it, either.
Because, you know, if they spend that much money on something, God help you if you think they have to maintain it in any conceivable way.

Come now- why would this fine woman spend her own money to get the oil changed when
she could just bully the dealership into giving her an entire new engine for free?
😉
I am a pretty decent mechanic, but often don't have the time for a DIY fix. I can't count the number of times over 5 decades that I've run into incompetent or downright lying dealership repair depts.
Oh, yeah. I hear you. I have a 'hobby' sports car I work on myself. I have a honda CRV daily driver that I took to a local mechanic to service because who has the time to do that when you have to work? Since he retired just prior to pandemic, the only place I could go to get things done in a timely manner was the local Honda dealer. Holy crap. I've had to re-do almost everything they've done, or had to bring it back to them under repair warranty for things that were just too time consuming for me to tackle. Recently they tried to scam me to make up their loss for a warranty starter replacement. I had a meltdown on the guy - some snot nosed kid who even tried to get me to pay a re-stocking fee for parts he said they ordered(but didn't yet have)which I declined. A-holes. And they charge $170 per hour labor!
Any time a dealership fixes your old car that's a lost sale, after all.
They don't call them stealerships for nothing. I no longer trust them after they threw some oil on my struts and tried to tell me they were leaking. I'm sure they got a great laugh out of it.
I regularly work on brand new Peterbilt trucks, and the amount of loose bolts, missing o-rings, and general assembly negligence is absolutely shocking. If I footed the bill for a $300,000 truck and the brake lights didn't work, I would be livid.
Maybe if all the work wasn't outsourced to other countries, we could get a decent, reliably built product.
Typical of a lot of factories. Just make production time and get it out the door. Let the mechanic or traveling field tech fix it.
The US is surely not know for good quality. You might think so because you are American and have never seen better.
Drove a brand new(only 300 miles on it) Freightliner for a company I worked for. We spent the first three weeks with glue and duct tape trying to hold the dash together!!!
Man PACCAR has been majorly effing up for the last while. All 7 of the 2020-2022 T680s my carrier has ordered brand new have been absolute dumpster fires in terms of quality and reliability. Every one of them has been in and out of the shop nonstop since taking delivery for a myriad of electrical (both computer/software and basic switch/motor/wiring) as well as mechanical problems. I, too, would be absolutely boiling over with rage if it were my $300k spent on these garbage lemons. I've personally documented no fewer than 14 individual unique issues in my DVIR after driving these trucks (with many of those being 'repeat offenders' aka has reoccurred after going back to KW to be "fixed")... and out of all my shifts I only drive those models about 15-20% of the time. It's utterly pathetic.
@@eslofftschubar206the problem is that nothing is really fully made in the US anymore. Things are usually, “made in the usa” and small text on the inside of the box underneath a sticker (with global components). Cheap chinesium that shatters into pieces within a few months when it should last years.
There’s tons of companies, Rhino USA for example since I have a product in front of me, that prides itself in being an American brand that they have it in their name. In the bottom of the description of almost if not all their products, they clearly state “designed in the usa, made in ___”.
Actual products sourced and made here, like leather belts, last longer and better than equally priced imported belts found at big box stores.
Some customers are just plain nuts. I have been accused of making a customer motorcycle rust. We have been accused of making a headlight blow out after a tire repair. Life is laughable sometimes.
I'm not a tech, just a long-time enthusiast. Did brakes on my aunt's car and 2 weeks later the alternator failed. She blamed me for it. That was about 15 years ago and she's been on her own for all auto issues ever since.
Well in fairness, those two calls were also in a video where the manufacturer failed to install and notice that one car had no piston rings, one with no head gasket, one with an emblem upside down, so maybe they aren't crazy.

Yeah there's a huge incompetence crisis. For example, yesterday I was at Lowes looking for staples. It took me half an hour to find them. I asked 3 different employees, and they confidently steered me to 3 different locations, all of which were nowhere near where the staples actually were.
The damn pandemic made people forget how to do things right, the 1st time.

For the people who think this is a new problem (QC issues), my dad bought a Camaro about 40 years ago, and when it finally got onto a lift, part of the rear suspension that needed to be welded just _wasn't!_ Not a failed weld, not a bad weld, NO WELD AT ALL!

My favorite customer interaction I had as a tech was a woman came in hysterical because her car had a bunch of wires under the seats and was convinced that someone was tracking her locations and had a GPS tracker sending her locations to "someone evil"
I explained to her that there are modules in the vehicle that control certain features of the car and that the power seats need wires to run properly.
Charged her about an hour labor to pull the seats up because she didn't believe my "story". That was a fun day
Sounds like you were dealing with a schizophrenic person on some level or just a regular nut job.
Honestly it annoys me that, in most cars, that wiring is exposed and vulnerable to the back seat people's feet, items being stuffed/stuck under it, etc. They're easily damaged.
I had a lady tell me her forward facing camera was a spy camera installed by her son in law who wanted to kill her. I walked her to the showroom floor and showed her 3 other CTS' with the same camera on the windshield, but she was still convinced that her son in law had somehow put it on because it was never there before, according to her.

Those angry callers remind me of my time doing break/fix laptop warranty repair in the 90s & 2000s. It's amazing that some people think whatever they bought should be covered under a manufacturer warranty for as long as they own it no matter what. That ranks right up there with the people who obviously caused the damage to their item and still demand warranty coverage. smh
Is it their fault the manufacturer didn't make the keyboard coffee resistant? 😍 Can't remember how many of those I heard about.
In Australia (and many places), any failure caused by a manufacturing fault is covered by the manufacturer by law. So, for example, anyone who bought a 2011 MacBook Pro with a faulty GPU (like me) can get the logic board replaced for free by Apple every time it fails. This doesn't apply to general wear and tear though. But strong consumer protection laws is a good thing and prevents companies from churning out trash that fails after one year due to cut corners, poor QC or shitty parts.
I'll sell ya a lifetime warranty. No problem. $500,000, up front.

I worked for Geek Squad for a while and let me share this one with you all. Mother and Daughter come in with 2 laptops they want replaced under warranty that were bought fairly recent. We took them to take a look and they were in pieces! The screen smashed, keys missing, no doubt physical abuse... We declined replacement. After arguing for a while the mother comes clean... The father had forbid the kids from being on social media and came home to find them on the laptops on social media, so as punishment, he took a hammer to the laptops. They eventually left without the laptops since they were smashed and they didn't want to buy new ones. We all just laughed. The nerve of some people to think physical abuse or spilled liquids will be covered under a warranty. I was just surprised Best Buy didn't cave and replace them anyway. Warranty is against manufacture defect not human induced damage.
Why I stopped working on computers.

You gotta love the customers that think just because the speedometer says 120, the vehicle should go 120. It's like they have never heard of a governor.
Also... "Brand new" and "remanufactured" are not words that go together.
Oooooh, that's a possibility I missed. Dude, we don't have those cars in my country (aside from private import) and that got me guessing what the heck is she on about.
*"Brand Manufacturered" and "Renewfactured"*
Why is she even going 105 in an F150 in the first place?
Gotta love tuned vehicles that can go past the limits of the speedometer
@@Xostrich12XSometimes the crazy vehicle behind you forces that or stopping.
Once crazy is in front of you, you lost control of the situation. Stopped is a coffin.
The thought of somebody cruising along at 105 mph in a truck is terrifying, and it's even scarier that they wanted to go 120 mph.
Paid for the whole speedometer! Want yo use the whole speedometer!
@@JonnyRocketfuel HaHaHaHa!
People seem to think that whatever the speedometer says is the top speed. As someone that has driven hundreds of cars, I can tell you for a fact that is never true. And most non performance stock cars are limited to 95-120. Even police interceptor Crown Victoria's were limited to 130.
What is scary about it? The vehicle can handle it.
yeah well its been proven that the bigger the vehicle, the lower the IQ. So its always terrifying when there is a pickup on the road....
You guys are awesome. Thank you for what you do. it's so much fun!
We all love your content! This is great stuff, whatever you decide to post!
How you get $60k usd on a 2011 fiesta is beyond me, nevermind 30k....
People just want stuff handed to them sometimes...
That must be one super fully loaded Fiesta with the NASCAR racing engine installed.
Yeah, even a fully kitted out fiesta st is gonna come in under $40k and it'll be pushing like 400hp with a new diff, etc. Lol what did she buy
@@yoyo762 Well, that would explain the coolant leak...
I wonder if the dealer somehow got the price up to 60k with all added options and extended warranty.🤔
@@wmejia4122 Apparently the warranty wasn't extended enough, lol.
I guess the last guy didn’t realize that there’d be other customers ahead of him…
I venture a guess if there were others ahead of him he wouldn't have cared; he sounded 'special'.
Unless of course he was charged for three hours work... but that wasn't clear.
Well, the 13-year-old illegal child labourer who does it at his backstreet lube shop can do an oil change and tire rotation in five minutes...
@@chrisantoniou4366sounded like a standard warranty service. So standard price I’m sure. Always cheaper to go to another garage if you don’t want to go to the dealer for it.
I'd like to see what he would charge to rotate 4 tires. There is just a little more to it than walking tires around a car. Lift car, remove 16-24 lug nuts, inspect and check pressure, inflate if needed. Rotate all 4 tires and re-torque 16-24 lug nuts.
I feel for that last angry customer. I am a commercial refrigeration mechanic, and our trade is limping by with few experienced mechanics left in the field. Apprentices are sent out to fix things on their own, and sometimes they screw up bad. We get angry store manager calls similar to that one.
why so few?
@@Vitorruy1 Most of the new apprentices quit within 6 months. It's a tough trade.
@@murfdog19 So, what's the remedy?
Hahahaha the callers are great. The tire guy was actually totally correct. Its called "stealership" for a reason.
That poor old lady with the $60k Fiesta should be grateful that the transmission actually outlasted the engine.
That's not common in a Ford.
If she paid 60k for a ford fiesta especially a 2011. Not only did she get ripped off. But she paid probably 4 times more than that car even worth even brand new if it was a 2011.
That's kinda what I was thinking. The Fiesta/Focus transmission were pretty horrible during those years. I actually drove one that slipped a gear, and it was an automatic.
@@Troy_BuiltIt's only common with manual transmissions. Those last forever.
jfc, she said 16. if they had written she said she was elon musk, would you be sending him death threats rn? She didnt write the WRONG cc... why dont any of you have enough brains to realize that?
Thanks for the reminder of why I still have nightmares of being a dealership service manager almost 20 years ago. People lose all their manners and composure when getting their car serviced but would never act that way around their doctor or other people they depend on. I was great at calming people down, but eventually decided that was not what I wanted to spend my life doing. Keep up the good work on the channel, but please don't give me flashbacks like this!
Yeah, this video is a good reminder that dealing with people can be pretty awful.
American are an entitled bunch, especially when it comes to cars.
These people go crazy at the doctors office as well. Some people just think the world exists to serve them personally.
Some others are just going trough a very stressful period in their lives.
It's really too bad this stuff happens. I had a dealer service dept pop one of my tires while getting the subframe bushings replaced. The service manager came out to talk to me and I could tell he was bracing for a profanity laden tirade. He didn't get one. I understand, stuff happens. He offered to replace the tire for free but because radial tires need to be replaced in pairs, he offered a discount on the other tire. It's really amazing how a little kindness goes a long way in these situations.
Usually its just because they are broke AF and taking it out on the person they have to spend money with. If they are that bad just tell them to never come back to your business.
Those voice mails are funny as hell
That guy complaining about the tire rotation cost and oil change times reminds me of why I no longer buy tires from Costco.
4 hours for a tire rotation, 3 cars in line in front of me, which I could do at home in 15 minutes, except doing it myself voids the road hazard warranty.
I used to have to deal with these Karen-esque customers once. Luckily as an independent shop, we had the ability to be honest with customers in most need of some serious honesty in their lives.
Would have been interesting to know the service history of that Ford.
I bet that lady was skimping out on oil changes or maintenance and this is what caused the engine to need replacing.
Anywho, no one should expect warranty repair on a 9 year old car, unless it was something to do with safety and a manufacturing defect from factory.
@@JohnDoe-bd5szHow do you know they weren't able to take the "calling about your extended warranty" caller up on their deal... ??
@@JohnDoe-bd5sz Those Fiesta engines are typically quite reliable (unless its the 1.0 inline 3), so the fact it already needs a new engine after 9 years tells me its probably A: that 1.0 inline 3, or B: it was neglected and/or abused.
@@SkylineGTR_BNR32 Yeah i agree.
But even if it is the terrible 1 liter, no one can expect to get a new engine after 9 years.
Could also be because granny here has been doing exclusively "cold engine" runs to the shop 1 mile away for 9 years.
Wear on a cold engine is a LOT worse than a warm one.
Those customer phone calls are why I decided that working in the shop away from customers was best for me and them.
Those customer phone calls are the reason I am glad I normally get calls from users, not customers. If they start to get pissy at me, I can hang up and there's absolutely nothering they can do about it. They use our service for free, so if they become demanding or start insulting me, they can bite me. And our customers are generally very nice (public sector, it's not their money so they don't actually care).
That guy went from calling the tech: a highschool graduate, around 18, down to a freshman at 15 and then back further into jr high at 13 😂😂. He was two more complaint tiers away from having a preschooler plugging his tire
Thanks for your videos. Happy New Year.
Ford Fiesta...$60,000 and no warranty after 9 years...I just don't even know where to start with that. This lady is a special kind of crazy. Also an oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 3 hours...the guy went off a little half cocked but he wasn't wrong either.
the dealer probably had the car for 3 hours which doesnt mean any personal were working on it for 3 hours
I'm guessing it took 3hrs because he got a loner/valet back to where he needed to be, and also the fact that he left a voicemail he probably wasn't a waiter. Waiters get priority and then we move to those that have loaners. Theres no way the RO was open for 3hrs for an oil change, tire rotate, and plug & patch.
People start counting time from the moment they arrive, not when their car is being worked on.. As a tech who has worked at multiple shops over the years, people like to assume their vehicle is being touched as soon as they arrive. They don't think about the 10 other people in front of them. One of the last locations I worked had an "express service" for oil changes and tire rotations and things of that nature, well, they would take in work even if we were busy so you had wait times of an hour or more just to get to that car they just took in.
@@mydimeisup5103 exactly
I’ve come in with an appointment many times and been 3 hrs. I just plan it for around lunchtime and wait for a call at the restaurant across the street.
Your car doesn’t go straight in just because it’s there.
Good thing those auto workers all got raises for their quality workmanship.
Best video on the channel! Please give us more customer rants!
Wow the Jeep engine never even got tested at factory.. That is Fiat quality control for you. Ford and GM quality control is in the crapper too.
It's not Fiat, it's Chrysler, they always had a dodgy reputation and it seems like they make no effort changing it, in the US at least...
Dealing with other people. Always a wonderful experience. 😂
I guess at some point the frustration is too high and they don't have someone else to blame, so they went it out at the service provider.
I feel a bit bad for the 67 year old lady. Having an engine blow up while you're probably on a fixed or low income will mess up your life pretty badly. Doesn't excuse treating people like this but in the middle of a pandemic, lots of people were on edge and acted like assholes.
One thing a lot of people do is to find whatever they can to offload blame and responsibility for their own mistakes and incompetence.
The angry tire guy was hilarious. $28 is a steal for that work. He can't even do "the work of a 13 year old" and change the oil himself. After all, it's only a 15 minute job.
Good point. Didn't think of that. I can't stand working with mechanical engineers that have never changed their own oil.
BY FAR the best video you have posted, i love these angry customers
The one that commented on the max speed had me rolling.
What in the holy hell are you doing 170 km/h in a fucking F 150? Holy shit, and they want to go to 200 km/h.
Gosh, not sure I'd ever dare to go over to the US and be near any roads with these bonkers people, haha.
Lady at 4:20 got the Fully-loaded Premium Tremor Raptor EcoBoost edition Fiesta with 47.3% APR.
The last shop I worked at for 11 years and I had to deal with customers directly every day, besides working on their vehicles. Every day I had to deal with crazy and angry people. I could write a book about it.Finally had enough of it and quit working at that place.
Would buy that book
There's a book called _Waiter Rants_ where the author started a blog back in the '00s and got a book deal out of it. Pretty fun. Go for it, mate.

The guy chying about a $48 tire rotation and tire plug probably thinks everyone in the shop dropped what they were doing to all attend to his car....and thinks that tire plugs are still a thing...many shops refuse to plug tires due to the liability and have to do a plugpatch from the inside...takes longer
Hands down best video yet.. with callers awesome.
Not the $60,000 2011 Ford Fiesta 😂
Yeah, must be one of the early 1.5 EcoBoost Fiesta's with the 24 carat solid gold pistons. Turns out those were just too soft to last longer than 9 years, go figure. I think there was a recall.

Chrysler doesn't know the words "quality control"
Unfortunately a lot of manufacturers don't lately
every manufacturer is the same they all stink and this uaw strike made things worse showing us the people assembling the vehicles dont care either
I've had 20 Chrysler vehicles, with no major problems. GM, on the other hand, nothing but problems.

Had a customer call and ask what Flex Fuel meant, he was told that it meant that the truck could run on E85. He then asked what stations sold E85, when the service advisor told him that he didn't know, the customer complained that it was messed up that Ford would sell a Flex Fuel car and the dealership couldn't tell him where he could get it.
Bruv, I witnessed with my very own eyes and ears, guy complaining at BMW dealership that bird shit ate away his paint. Back in the day BMW used to add 5 (FIVE!) booklets to the car including one about keeping it clean.
I had a coworker that would tell people what a turd Ford was because his truck only lasted 25 years and several hundred thousand miles (not sure how many) before it needed an engine rebuild. He was totally serious about it too. Last I heard he junked it and bought a Dodge and has had endless problems with it. As a side note, I'd like to hear a lot more of the angry/stupid customer voicemails!
Some old complaints I read are even funnier in hindsight. One guy said his Honda was junk, so "he was trading it in on a reliable car, a 2013 Altima".
@@mitchhedberg4415 That IS funny.

To say these calls was entertaining would be a understatement. As for all these new engines having issues from brand new, this is what happens when quality goes out the window and profits come first.
Definitely enjoyed the voice mails. Who ever is sending keep em coming
We seriously need a video on just the angry calls! They are incredibly funny to listen too 🤣🤣
Happy New Year, Just Rolled In! Thanks for the laughs. We definitely need more angry voicemail videos in the future!
Happy New Year to you as well!
4:35 He aint wrong lol. I could do all of that in 30 minutes at 15
So you’re saying you’re not worth $60 an hour? Typical labor rates for shops are like $120 right now, so that’s like half the price. The way I see it is yeah, rotations are easy, but if the customer don’t like it, then they can a lift or jackstands and a jack to support their truck, a breaker bar and or impact gun, and do it themselves.
Those voicemail messages are gold.
Yikes... I know how some of those customers feel. Love your channel and keep them coming our way.
a fiesta is 60k? damn some saleman of the year right there
"Hank, nobody pays sticker price. Tom Hammond has been ripping you off for the last 25 years."
Loved this! That first woman caller, as soon as I heard her voice I swear she was the same woman who called where I worked and yelled for 15 minutes because she didn't know how to plug in her Christmas lights. 🤣😂
I mean, that last call is spot on for dealer work. Never had issues like that at a regular shop.
You gotta love a customer who thinks they are the only person in the world that needs work done. Some people honestly expect you to drop everything when they walk through the door and immediately go to work on their vehicle. Years ago when I was working for NTB there was a guy who freaked out and called the cops because they couldn't fix his flat immediately. It was the middle of summer and there were 20-30 people in the waiting room ahead of him but he wasn't about to wait his turn. Just like the old lady with the 9 year old Ford Shitbox expecting her lack of maintenance to be covered by an eternal warranty. Just another sign of societal decay, everybody is a narcissist and everything is somebody else's fault.
Imagine being so unaware of your behaviour that you call the cops because you need to wait in a queue.
As a brit i actually like america, your freedoms, prosperity, etc. But my god do the people make me mad
I dropped my car off at a local place (not a single-bay kinda rig, but serious repair place) at 9am on a Saturday to get tires and was told it would be ready by noon (two cars ahead of mine). Came back at noon (friend driving, taking part of his day) car hadn't even been in. Asked how long it would be. 3pm. Came back at 4:30, half hour before close, car hadn't been in. demanded my keys and left. Haven't been back even though it has been several years and they are the only place in town. Sorry, I understand things happen, but if you can't get a car in for four tires in six hours, you don't want my business.
This is great! More phone calls on a regular basis would be a nice addition to the channel!
I had to FF thru them. I just want to see car issues.
