Oh, but that is what they alway do, don't they? At the end of every season? To make us think hard and wonder about the cliffhanger for 2 years before finally (not necessarily always or completely) we get the explanation in the next season. Hopefully, though, the two-year gap tradition is broken for good.
Moffat is leaving Doctor Who, so he ought to be freer now unless he has other projects as you said.

@@Devastator-by7tm I accept your point of view and agree somehow with, but I Sherlock I see not only as the godfather or good uncle to Rosie, I see him more than a second daddy to her. I mean, they live all together in the same household - as a real family, and I mean that in literally sense.
When I call someone family, than is this person the most important person in my life, more than just a best friend, it's the person without whom I can neither live nor want. And John is the family Sherlock chose for himself.
Sherlock and John aren't not only just best buddies who solve crimes together (what is of course great), they are soulmates in the best sense, what means two halfs of a whole, a strong and unbeatable unit noone really can tear apart. Just the two of them against the rest of the world. It will be always this way.
You don't have to agree with me what I said here, but that's my point of view.

Well, I'm not anti. I love the ship but I'm scared of the hardcore shippers that they might hate the writers if the ship doesn't kiss. I don't want them to become traitors. It's just that don't be too sure it becomes a canon for your own health, because they never promised such thing.
I know, I'm not a 100% sure myself, but there are just so many points which wouldn't make sense if Johnlock is not meant to be canon. I wouldn't hate the writers if they didn't go through with it, but tbh I would still be pretty pissed. The reason behind that is very obvious and I do get people who say "actually gay or actual trash" about the show, because if Johnlock isn't going to be canon, then there is a lot of queerbaiting happening in the show and we all know how annoying and mean that is.
