@@sleeplesshead602 I totally agree. I think he's an excellent teacher. He's super kind but also strict. Not strict as in mean, but strict as in giving useful criticism that helps the students to grow and learn.
I also admire how very talented and hardworking he is!

This guy is hands-down, one of the most talented artists I’ve ever seen. However, in this video, all I could think of was how much of her hair was getting into the chocolate pastries.

I don't blame Herrine, I would be "fan girling" also, I have Dominique's cookbooks and have attempted to make most of the desserts in them, including the infamous Cronut! I would probably be a 65% as well and I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales, LOL! (Not as a Pastry Major🤷😉😉) They are both true Culinary Artists, Engineers, Chemists, and Business Men. Not many people can say they are all of those rolled into one!!!
