- Right on time for the World Cup, this 100% chocolate creation is an exact replica of a foosball and is fully functional.
I underestimated the amount of work involved, but I love the end result!

I wonder how cold that room must be? Because remember, chocolate melts slowly at room temperature. But to temper the chocolate, shape it and keep its solid structure while making the rest of it. I would think it's around 10C or under.

I would like to just draw attention to the fact that he goes into such little detail that he put the numbers on the bolt heads....even though they would be covered up!!

Yes bit also when he creates mold from real bolts then their numbers transfer to the mold. This results in chocotale molds to have those same numbers :D
Amazing! But they aren't covered up. Pretty sure the end result is that the bolts show on the table legs. He paints them but they can still be seen.

It is not meant to be eaten. Guichon's sculptures are usually on permanent display. If anything happens to them, such as the statue getting damaged via melting, then the chocolate is apparently melted down and reused for Guichon's pastry classes.

Естественно точность линий. Сначала чертëж досконально создаëтся на бумаге, потом по шаблону вырезают на шоколаде.
