I used to be an OR nurse. These workers are next planet cleanliness. If their bakeries have this level of hygiene I would love to see what the surgical units are like there. Very impressive! And the cakes are amazing too.

S. Korea’s level of cleanliness is second to none. All their food looks amazing, and now I see why. They really work hard to bring customers quality, clean food. Amazing video.
Here machines do most of the work...ending many jobs...I've worked in multiple FOOD FACTORIES and there's way more machines than there are people...I think it's more about the profit HERE.

Wow…I learned a few tricks such as why don’t I pre cut my own lining paper in bulk. It’d make baking so much easier! I also like how there are real people making these cakes with care and hard work …not just machines. Well done!

This looks so good! I just hope that nothing goes to waste! For example, all the cuts of cake and the left over egg whites etc. they don’t use could be given to those that don’t have enough to eat. When I think about all those poor people in North Korea who are literally starving to death, this kind of mass waste could go a long way (not that their crazy dictator would ever allow that to happen), but still, it’s sad 😢
Not legal in most places. I know from experience. Food control is rigid even if we disagree about waste. There are strict rules if handling Hun. Such us the wirld like or dislike. I feel ya' but there it is. Food handling, disposal, cost margins, business rights, food safety etc. It is not as cut and dry as we want, nor fair but reality of commerce. 🙋🏻♀️🇨🇦
