- This love potion created for valentine's day is composed with a pink joconde sponge soaked with a strawberry and rose champagne syrup, a fresh strawberry compote, a thin layer of strawberry cremeux, a rose champagne clear jelly with pink gold flakes, a crunchy layer of naturally pink ruby chocolate and the cork is an actual strawberry and lemon lollypop.

The cork lid with the glass ball on top…… all edible……… I have no words. This man is extraterrestrial.
If you send the whole pic of the finished elixir, I think they'd think it's not edible until you tell them it is

I know they’re meant to be eaten but when you cut into them my heart dies a little inside. They’re such works of art.
Food art is always fascinating to me because by it's very nature it's effervescent. It's not meant to last, it cannot last, and once it's eaten, it only exists in videos and pictures. And yet people pour hours and hours into developing their skill and creating such beautiful, temporary art...
It's why I love Art and love humanity. And food. Food is good too.
There are resin artists who make similar things in resin, including free-form shaping of partially hardened resin, if you want the visual equivalent to cake art that will actually be kept

I think he is making more mini heart bottles from all the ingredients. I mean look at the amount of materials in the video. He created a tiny cake from a multitude of creams and bakes and sugary glaze
And at the end he eats one. I don't think he throws all the left over materials in the trash. Sugar, creams,glazes etc they all can be used at another project.

I love the fact how everything looks so easy in the video but I believe that 99 percent of us would mess up the initial form making and the remaining one percent would get killed at the burning of the heart shape shown at 0:11. Kudos to the incredible craftmanship.

He’s the pastry chef in one of the big hotels in Las Vegas, I’m sure his creations are on display for art and consumption. I wouldn’t mind going to Vegas to buy and eat one of his work of art .

Right now I imagine myself as a Queen or a duchess ir something like that and me and my rich guests are enjoying a wonderful dinner. Then the moment of dessert comes and the waiters serve this beautiful thing. I see the reaction of the guests, they're mesmerized. When they touch the desserts I say: STOP! And the waiters remove the desserts 😂😂😂 This kind of work is so beautiful, so amazing that I confess I'd feel guilty if I eat it. This and all of others are real masterpieces
