I call him The Chocolate Guy because that's what Tumblr called him. I don't think I even knew his name until I coincidentally came across his videos on CZcams. Therefore, the people I know in real life who I shared his videos with also know him as The Chocolate Guy, so it's just easier to use that title.
Although I do struggle to remember how to pronounce his name as well, but I don't hear it said very often.
He is a very handsome and talented man, his personality and overwhelming smile make one love him... and everything he does is great and very artistic...
