- Simple yet classy; this wedding cake is composed with, four layers of vanilla sponge soaked with a raspberry vanilla Chambord syrup, a raspberry cremeux, a raspberry yuzu compote, and a light vanilla pastry cream. The edible topper is made out of 100% sugar.

The whole cake really is a masterpiece, but the butterfly and rose decoration is simply out of this world.
Whenever he shows up on camera he's always smiling and it looks like he really enjoys what he does! His passion for his job must be one of the reasons why his works always seem to shine :)

everything Amaury makes feels like a new wonder of the world. It's crazy how easily he can turn plain chocolate, sugar, flour, into works of art. Those roses are beyond incredible.
It's obvious he loves what he does.

I love how the guy acts like he just woke up one day and decided to make one of these amazing chocolate sculptures, while completely hiding the fact that there is a whole team of chocolate artists (working for weeks, behind the scenes) creating these designs for him and when he is ready, then he steps in front of the camera and recreates the design as if it was his own... with no credit offered to the brilliant team of a dozen people, that he pays to come up with these designs for him.
This has to be the 'simplest' piece I've ever seen him do and it really wasn't "simple" because of the sugar work! A majestic wedding cake!
I was thinking the same thing about the sugar work and even simple patterns in fondant aren't always easy to get perfect, yet in the description he says it's a "simple yet classy" cake. If only I was at the skill level that I could consider that simple.

I think my favorite part of his videos is that they are not only gorgeous down to the tiniest detail but that they look so delicious too. I love when he takes a big bite and honestly looks like he enjoys eating his art!

You kinda had to wonder ... what would a wedding cake by the ultimate culinary artist would look like and it was not a let down. My favorite is that everything is so dainty and clean. He then gently cuts the cake, shows us the masterful execution, and takes a big honkin' bite! You can't help but love him. If I'm ever able, I would jump at the chance to study under him.
Imagine being able to get a Master Class by Amaury and flunking 😅... oh the shame!!!
I thought he was done like 3 times before he was actually done. He not only wowed me all three times but it was a smack in the face kinda wow at the end. Just stunning masterpiece!

i think my favorite thing about watching his videos or shorts online isnt just how he makes beautiful, edible, delicious works of art, but also how he just seems to have such genuine passion for baking like this, and how his attention to detail and care shines through in his craftsmanship. truly someone who loves what he does, and the love enhances the artistry

I am a pastry chef. And i meet a lot of pastry chef. But this guy it’s something else. He can execute either amazing chocolate art design , sugar art and pastry art , at school we learned all. But chef usually concentrate in one for business. And not every ones have the skills to do all. So congratulations this guy it’s amazing talented
