I'm a trans woman and I got an ad for this on IG. Bio indicates I'm trans, I follow trans and queer people, nothing about my user data would make a Daily Wire ad make sense. They're intentionally putting their first-frame-transphobic ad in front of trans people to "trigger" them and so we can go shout about it and do their work for them. I just laughed and reported the ad. It's too obvious and while it is malicious, I have other more important things to get mad about.

What I find hilarious about the entire thing, is the monetization model for the tiny streaming platform it's on. They force you to pay for a year upfront, in a lump sum. They have no month to month subscription model.

The fact that he gave it all out that everything they are outraged by is actually all made up and the nuance of the situation undermines their whole intial premise and he said that while giggling like no big deal makes me have no hope for humanity.
The key factor of comedy is how relatable is. We know that Dave Chapelle Is a millionaire but His show are not about how Manny gold watches he has or His new Ferrari. Is all about appealing to the common folk. Nobody would get a joke about how hard Is to Buy a Rolex. So the More grounded the better, that said how Is this grounded? who will watch this and say "oh yeah, i remember that John was bad in wrestling at highschool until one day he cut off penis, change His name to Joan and then beat the shit out every girl in the school, i think now she lives in Montana"? Seriously.

Those are just SOME valid non-trans examples of using pubery blockers by kids. This is why we don't get in between families + doctors bc they have heavy decisions to make & outcomes to evaluate.

I play in rec/beer leagues and I can't imagine anyone I play with who would do that, and they think actual athletes who devote their lives to their craft would do that?
