Regarding Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster. there is a glitch. That card is suppose to be able to attack directly in defense mode, but that's not the case. In the end, it ends up not having an effect at all.
Rampart Blaster's effect isn't glitched. It's worded in a weired way prior to it's errata that would make it seem like it can't attack directly. The game treats its effect like its current errata version, where the card can attack while in Defense position, but only if the attack is a direct attack and it cuts it's ATK by half for that attack only.
Chainsaw Insect had an incorrect English errata issue in the first games it was available and was later corrected, but is working as intended, same with Ultimate Offering.
This works on every LV monster. It will actually have two different types of text. It will say "Level Up [Card]?" if you have one you can find, and it will say "Activate the effect of [Card]?" if you don't.
I remember seeing another 'Snatch Steal' related glitch when playing "The Beginning of Destiny" (PS2 version of Tag Force 1) where Zane used 'Snatch Steal' on an opponent's 'Toon Cannon Soldier' while 'Cyber Phoenix' was on our Field. Cyber Phoenix negates effects that target machines on our field, so once the Cannon Soldier was stolen, Snatch Steal got negated and it was returned.... which turned snatch steal back on and re-stole the Soldier, causing it to be negated again.... repeat about 5 times before the game just decided to yeet the Cannon Soldier to the GY.

One of my favorite gltiches/exploits is the the AI doesn't know how to deal with Cat's Ear Tribe and will try to body it with high attack monsters. This can be further taken advantage of by equipping Cat's Ear Tribe with an equip spell like Axe of Despair. Jeez, I'm still tickled pink by that time the AI sacrificed three monsters to summon Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, only to instantly destroy it by ordering it to attack my Cat's Ear Tribe equipped with an Axe of Despair.
Something I've noticed about this game is the bizarre activation window for a number of cards. For example, if you go first, open with Trap Dustshoot and set the card, you can't activate it during your opponent's draw phase. In fact, the game doesn't let you activate Dustshoot unless the AI activates a card or an effect and still has 4 cards in their hand to meet the activation requirement of TD. This really messes the card as the AI can simply set cards until they have less than 4 in their hand making TD a dead card. Another card that suffers from the same problem is Threatening Roar. The game doesn't let you activate the card during the AI's main phase or before ending it to enter their battle phase unless they activate a card or effect, only then can you chain TR in response. Otherwise, the game only allows you to activate TR when the AI declares an attack. What does this mean? If your opponent has a stronger monster than one of yours, the opponent can enter the battle phase without activating anything and declare an attack. Only then will the game ask you if you want to activate TR in response to the attack declaration. Since the attack has already been declared, TR will not stop the first attack. I can go on about this problem. You can't activate Compulsory Evacuation Device when your opponent summons a monster when it's a perfectly legal move in real life. It's really weird, I think Konami oversimplified the card activation timing too much in Championship 2006 (There isn't even a manual card activation option like in Duel Academy.) I assume Konami did this because some cards caused the game in previous titles to ask the player way too many times if they want to activate a card (Eg: MST and Book Of Moon are very notorious cards for doing this.)
You can activate trap dustshoot during your opponent's draw phase. You have to press A to let the game know your intent of activating during a certain phase. I press it repeatedly to be safe lol
Agent of Creation is even stronger than you give it credit for. If you give it to the AI, they will keep activating it over and over until they have 400 or less life points, at which point a finisher is fairly trivial.
Nah man it was an official even held by Konami back in the day. I believe it was a side event held at conventions at larger tournaments, there were a few and getting 1st or 1st/2nd would get you invited to the national championships that year. God I wish they still did stuff like this, duel links makes everything online so it sort've changes everything lol

I will find the password I think it is on Pojo I will look for it when I get off work. For Survival Duels I would use the agents from AST Mars and Saturn tribute Mars with wok and use Saturn to kill them once it gets going it is super easy to win. You can even set Mars and sometimes they will just attack it.

there's also a glitch wich allows you to send Armed Dragon LV5 to the graveyard to summon LV7 even though you don't have it in the deck

It might be that the devs didn't think about the Snatch Steal loop with that fusion monsters. Is probably an oversight.

Hold A to demand priority. It works in any phase.
