I said it once and I will say it again best linking rings routine in the world. I love your pokemon routine it is an amazing presentation of a classic. Great job Michael, and I hope to see you at magic LIVE next year.
I loved this performance. The rings were beautiful and I'm going to be studying that sponge routine closely and adopting some of that for my sponge ball routine. Fun fact it looks just as beautiful as half speed, but everyone sounds totally hammered 😂😂😂
@@OBrienMagic it was a really great performance. I've watched so many of your videos, but this is the first performance I'd clicked. Thank you for sharing. It real was enjoyable. And I'm totally stealing a couple of those spongeball moves :)
Gareth B thank you my friend. The ring magic, though original from traditional routines, is not mine. It is called Ninja+ by Matthew Garrett. I have been lucky enough to become part of his team and am able to perform and add some of my own ideas to his brilliant work! Glad you enjoy it!!!
Thank you!!! My routine has evolved so much since this performance only 3 years ago. I am sure you noticed Ninja+ in there 😎 Matthew has really created something brilliant there! As for performing at the castle, let’s get you in! As soon as covid is over (hopefully sooner than later.)
Watching this while being quarantined because of the virus....yelling NO DONT BREATH ON IT! 😷😷😷 Times will change after this and I bet that won’t be in his act anymore.
It is amazing how things change. Simple things that at one time nobody thought twice about, people find horrifying now, Tom Mullica;'s act couldn't be performed today.
The spongeball routine is called “Have you seen my purse?” Its available in the tutorials playlist for members or you can buy it as a download on my website. I also teach this in my Penguin Live Act Lecture! Link to my online store is in the bio. Glad you enjoyed it!
love the no sleeves gag first time seen is it your own idea ? and when you are next at the magic castle do you need somebody to carry your props and fight of the beautiful Ladies. The sponge ball is so under used by magicians.well executed performance with the finger ring leading into the linking rings. you can tell what I watch when I can not sleep.well done Michael ❤️♠️♦️♣️👍👍👍Loved all the gags too I felt as if I was there many thanks for sharing
Michael Lyth Lol thanks so much! The sleeve gag is not mine. I first saw David stone use it though it isn’t his either. I forget whose it is. The Spongeballs are one of my favorite effects! Linking rings too. I use Ninja+ by Matthew Garrett. Such w great routine. Thanks so much for watching my friend!
@@OBrienMagic I thoroughly enjoyed. I may no longer be performing shows due to poor health but I still need my fix of Magic Performances it is I who ''THANK YOU'' for the show
I just love the pokémon routine! Just so many ideas popped into my head on how it can be presented! It is so clever! Well done dude! I hope i get to see a pokémon routine 2.0 soon 😄
Very very classic and, not to be demeaning, some begginer's tricks in this routine, which show exactly how much patter and presentation can affect the overall result.
I Love how you took a legendary cartoon/card game and made a routine out of it. Awesome.
I have a ton of pokemon yugioh and nintendo magic trick ideas! Haha
King of the rings. Really well done.
Sharpo haha thanks so much!
You mean Lord of the Rings don't you?
@@kingrobert1st LOL. Of course. Now he has to grow a long beard right?

Awww thank you Keefo Magic!! It’s not as hard as you would think lol but I agree that years of practice could make anything look effortless.
I’ve always wanted to perform at The Magic Castle. It’s on my magical bucket list. One day perhaps.
