Stooging is lying, not magic. It's like making crossword puzzle for someone and having no possible answer. It's doing something that is 100% impossible. It's the same as showing somebody something and then telling me to close their eyes and then hiding the object and then telling them to open their eyes and then they're supposed to be impressed that you made something disappear. It's also the same as the video I saw where they had a tank on a street alley and they put a flag in front of the entire camera, so that you couldn't see anything except the flag, then 30 seconds later they remove the flag and the tank is gone. That's not magic. Magic uses math, slight of hand, props/gimmicks, hiding things, contortionist and so on. People faking reactions because they want to, is fine. People faking reactions because the magician told them to pretend they don't know how it was done and it's the only way to make the trick believable for the target audience, is not magic, unless the magician tells you they are using a stooge, in which case, it's fine.

Using green screens or covering the camera momentarily for tv magic, isn't magic at all.

The best way to flatten the cards is to put them in a card vice.

I've had this for years. His presentation on the video is so crude I can't believe anyone would actually do it like he does. The "fart" gag is okay, but again if you misjudge your audience you won't bring them back on your side. His teaching is excellent. The book is reasonably gaffed, although if there is even a cursory glance through by the spectator you're toast. I like his handling of the writing board switch. However, even he struggles a bit in the live performance. I'll stick with my Zandman books.

Very expensive for what they are. Had the same quality shells from ebay much cheaper. Buy a few and match 3 shells up, very easy and save yourself at least £40. Thank me later. BTW, I've been into magic tricks, especially machined ones for 50 years and wow the quality these days is now so, so poor. Always expensive, but in the past your gimmick was where the value was. Nowadays the gimmicks are poorly made and you are paying for the secret and a bit of flash packaging.

I can’t tell you how many times I felt like I been scammed or robbed after buying expensive magic that was complete crap and they lie on the trailer. Magic shops don’t accept returns. Is unreal
