How Americans think about languages: Americans: speak English. Asgardians: speak english. Titans: Speak english. A raccoon from another planet: speaks english. Russians: speak russian
So at some point the british must have colonised the entire MCU except for russia
@123fort andbree ever seen 'Inglourious Basterds'? )
@123fort andbree I mean, America doesn't have an official language so your argument is invalid, but you also make the point that it's done so that we can understand and not read most of the movie if we don't speak many languages. It also would have been extremely difficult to create that many extra languages when it wasn't needed.
M8, trust me, thats not a proper russian. Its like if you would start learning chinese and try to talk. It just sounds gross

He's just listening to the on hold music.

Always maintaining focus on the important points of the interrogation, I love the Black Widow
I don´t know what you mean here but I´d say she said this so that the men would still think she´s just a pretty and silly woman so they´d give her more info
I love how he didnt even ask her how she was, we know she's fine. And i love her expression shift as soon as she heard Barton. He got the soul stone because they had very strong love between them, platonic, but very powerful one
I genuinely don't understand why people consider platonic love to be lower or less important than romantic love. Yeah it's different but it's no less valid or important.

I’m glad black widow finally gets a movie after 10 years
Winston Shih I am too but im just disappointed it came so late...like 10 years to late, her movie should of came out with Cap,Iron man and Thor movies, then Avengers etc. i mean im still glad were getting it, but it sucks because we all know she ultimately dies now in Endgame, so its like whats the point. Even if the movie is good i doubt we will get a Black Widow 2 unless its gonna be like her movie weres it takes place at different parts in her life. :/
After her death
TheKira708
Think of it this way, the narrative is much stronger. Believe that there is a reason this movie is coming now. Perhaps a loose end to tie up while still serving the overall MCU and paying credit to BW.
I am 10 years old
Ik😂
The phone call is the best part of this scene. Natasha seems just annoyed and Coulson casually waits for her to come back to the phone like this already happened a million times.
I love Coulson's face - he's just not fazed hearing Natasha fight her way out of the situation because he trusts in her skills and abilities, no questions asked. He knows she'll come out on top so he's just patiently waiting and probably thinking of when he can get Cap to sign his trading cards. 😅
I found it hilarious that Phil Coulson was just listening to Black Widow kicking the crap out of Georgi Luchkov and his men.
And he's on the other line all like: *Calm. Totally calm. This is very very normal.
Lol, so true, beating the crap out of bad people is like the "hold music" of Black Widow
Hmm. It is like listening to "On Hold Music" and in between the music. "Please wait.. Your call is very important... Garrr, oofff, Ghaaa..."
It's like he was listening to that hold muzak.
Very aware of her capabilities
THIS is a strong female character. She is strong AND she is female. She is not strong BECAUSE she is female.

the thing is, she’d be dead too
Let’s not forget the cool way he waits while listening to her kicking their asses before picking up the phone and her shoes to finish the conversation!

Pretty sure the missile takes the form of a high-heeled shoe.
Natasha just be in the middle of being interrogated, gets a phone call wanting to pull her out and her being like “r u kidding? I’m working?”
Kind of like when she’s trying to fix Cap up with a girl. He says, “Secure the engine room, then find me a date.” She replies, “I’m multitasking!”
Lmao I love that

“Well.. you may have to write it down.”
not gonna lie, that was a badass line for a one-off minor villain
When she said you really think I am pretty, her eyebrow movements are awesome.
The fact that she wasn’t scared and was just playing with them the whole time
The best part is this is foreshadowing. She does exactly the same thing with Loki later on, pretending to be distressed and frightened!

But she's scared when she met Bruce in the first time
@@clemensmbao The Russians were nothing to her, Loki was behind a force field, but Banner is the Hulk.
Why would a super agent scared by some crooks
This scene establishes Black Widow's skill-set that comes back later in the movie: she manipulates over-confident men by letting them think she's emotionally vulnerable and under their control. While their guard is down she pumps them for information, then switches off the act and humiliates them. She does this exact thing to Loki later.
She also does this to Dreykov in Black Widow
@Celes 5hat doesn’t make her strong

The way Black Widow fights really makes me appreciate her role as a female hero. She fights like a woman in the sense that she doesn’t try to be a man. At 2:42 , you can see how she uses her weight to her advantage and takes down that guy in one swift move. She uses every part of her body to her advantage. People really don’t appreciate her enough.

I think this is the only time somebody actually called her black widow
In the scene where they’re trying to lift Mjolnir Bruce calls her Widow but other than that holy shit you’re right

@@craig4451 Hi! Her name actually has nothing to do with skin colour! The "Black" in Black Widow actually refers to the black colour of the deadly black widow spider.

We now know the moment before in this scene. She intentionally let these guys believe they captured her against her will, so that she could get their defenses down and have them feed her information, taking advantage of their incorrect assumptions, pretending she was withholding information when the truth was she never had anything their torture would get out of her. Natasha and Clint's history and relationship remains a mystery for me. We heard stories about it but I want to see their past and how they're relationship developed.
