Also, more than the people at Sony and a Sony owned company who made this movie! Where are the props for those people? O right, they have to wait until AFTER the movie is over! And to make it worse, there are big visuals crediting the studios that are followed up by words crediting the same companies! Why?
O and I forgot about the egregious amount of Sony product placement; when is it too much? Shit they should have just full on Metal Gear Solid V this bitch, cut to black after every scene and put up "Produced by Sony" then start the next scene with the 17 second Sony logo!

Why would it be $600M, it's R600M because it's in South Africa. R600M is still a lot though. Also the America obsession is an actual thing in a South African gang called the Americans
So I checked, and a standard brinks truck cam hold, at maximum, $600 million USD. I imagine the note size for SAR is similar to a USD, and the exchange rate means that 600 million SAR is about $40 million USD, so while it would probably be unlikely that the truck is at max capacity, it's not impossible.

The point of some really good sci-if is to make you think about a lot of things later, and Chappie does this. I love Guardians of the Galaxy because it’s funny and entertaining, but it doesn’t make you think later. Of course it comes across as a bit ridiculous storyline wise, but that’s because it tries to cover many real subjects in two hours. It would probably flow better as a 300 page book, but I think it does a good job of doing what it’s trying to do in movie form.
