I've been using the Tata Altroz for three years now and, until now, I haven't faced any issues. The services have also been proper. The only issue I faced was with the battery; it drained within three years. Also, the key's battery was very poor as it drained out very quickly. Otherwise, it's okay.

The main issue I think most of new owners and old owners are now going to face is tata has now become a leading ev segment leader they are now trying to down play many issues going forward. Especially the underbody scratches being denies warranty claims is big issue. The users are forced to go to change even after how carefully they drive and still be directed to suffer for the new models with bigger batteries and more less ground clearance. Battery 8 years warranty oke undu, but the battery protection case underbody yil ipo scratch while passing through humps or pothholes or even obstacles hitting fron tyre rollover , are now causing sms to big issues to owners. Many users are now being directed to go under the insurance as tata battery ( seperate entity dept) range drops or issues pops up in battery later on are happening in kerala . Many users are facing difficulties.
@@babinjose actually the product is good. Anshopsd tata used to clear out the simple issues and niggles and still Does. But as they now had taken the lead and multiple products ( as a tata nano user for past 14 years with family, still has it and it's still a great car,yes but with usual tata issues and we can rely on outside workshops ) . But for ev we can't take it out for another outside workshop for ev related doubts or issues. Tata should tell and inform how does the shell protection case of Tata products gets affected. Especially water isolation issues which also Are reported as sc say water has entered the main battery case ( even though they say it's ip67 rated) . Are the exposed wires underneath causing such issues or something else. Tata should clarify . This is like apple ( in pre year they had to change their rules in some countries which apple repairs and genuine products even from outside shops)
This issue is due to bad ATE testing process. Indian ATE testing was based on analog meters until recently times, these process needs to change once we go digital..may be tata didn't do it properly

The main issue I think most of new owners and old owners are now going to face is tata has now become a leading ev segment leader they are now trying to down play many issues going forward.
Especially the underbody scratches being denies warranty claims is big issue.
The users are forced to go to change even after how carefully they drive and still be directed to suffer for the new models with bigger batteries and more less ground clearance.
Battery 8 years warranty oke undu, but the battery protection case underbody yil ipo scratch while passing through humps or pothholes or even obstacles hitting fron tyre rollover , are now causing sms to big issues to owners. Many users are now being directed to go under the insurance as tata battery ( seperate entity dept) range drops or issues pops up in battery later on are happening in kerala . Many users are facing difficulties.
I am yet to see a single tata ev owner without issues . Is there anyone ?

@@babinjose actually the product is good. Anshopsd tata used to clear out the simple issues and niggles and still Does. But as they now had taken the lead and multiple products ( as a tata nano user for past 14 years with family, still has it and it's still a great car,yes but with usual tata issues and we can rely on outside workshops ) .
But for ev we can't take it out for another outside workshop for ev related doubts or issues.
Tata should tell and inform how does the shell protection case of Tata products gets affected.
Especially water isolation issues which also Are reported as sc say water has entered the main battery case ( even though they say it's ip67 rated) .
Are the exposed wires underneath causing such issues or something else. Tata should clarify .
This is like apple ( in pre year they had to change their rules in some countries which apple repairs and genuine products even from outside shops)
This issue is due to bad ATE testing process.
Indian ATE testing was based on analog meters until recently times, these process needs to change once we go digital..may be tata didn't do it properly
