I'm a Tata Nexon Diesel BS6 (2020) owner. I can say that they really need to improve the service centre experience. In Bangalore, i have had the worst experience from Prerna motors for a gear shift issue. I can clearly say that some of the service centers in Kerala are much better when compared to Bangalore. All the recent services were done from Rotana Motors (Meenchanda), Calicut which I'm happy with.

ഞാൻ ഒരു ടാറ്റ നെക്സോൺ കാർ ഉടമയാണ്. 15,000 കിലോമീറ്റർ എത്തുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് കാർ തകരാറിലായി. കാർ സർവീസ് ഷോപ്പിലാണ്, അവർക്ക് ഇപ്പോഴും പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുള്ളതിൽ വച്ച് ഏറ്റവും മോശം ഉപഭോക്തൃ സേവനം. വാങ്ങാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ രണ്ടു വട്ടം ആലോചിക്കുക.
എൻ്റെ altroz ഒരു മാസമായി സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്തില്ല. 15000 km ആയി. കഴിഞ്ഞ week വണ്ടി എടുത്തപ്പോൾ Start-stop switch ഞെക്കിയിട്ട് വണ്ടി on ആകുന്നില്ല. Battery down ആയി കാണും എന്ന് കരുതി. പക്ഷേ മറ്റു music player, glass താഴ്ത്താൻ,light ഒക്കെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സ്വിച്ച്ചിൽ കുറെ ഞെക്കിയപ്പോ on ആയി. പക്ഷേ engine light കത്തി കിടക്കുന്നു. പണി ആയോ ദൈവമേ എന്ന് കരുതി muvattupuzha malayalam tatayil കൊടുത്തു. അവിടെ എത്തിയപ്പോ engine light off ആയി. അവർ പിന്നെ എന്തോ ലാപ് ഒക്കെ കുത്തി നോക്കി, ബാറ്ററി ഇഷ്യൂ ആണന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. വേറെ engine issues ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. Battery charge ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. ബാറ്ററി ചാർജ് ആക്കി. പക്ഷേ ഇഷ്യൂ അവിടെ തന്നെ നിൽക്കുന്നു... കുറെ ഞെക്കിയലെ സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ആകൂ. എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. വണ്ടി വാങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ തൊട്ടു പണിയാ... Driver side tyre ഗട്ടറിൽ ചാടുമ്പോൾ ഒരു കോയിൻ സൗണ്ട്. ഡിക്കി സ്വിച്ച് complaint aayi 1.5 years കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ...₹7500 പൊട്ടി. ഇപ്പൊൾ ഇതും. 2005 ഇല് കുടുബത്ത് കേറിയ ഒരു ചെക്കൻ ഉണ്ട്. മാരുതി 800. ഞങ്ങളുടെ പുലി കുട്ടി. ഇപ്പഴും അവൻ്റെ ചുറു ചുറുക്. ❤❤ അന്ന് മരുതീടെ നല്ല സർവീസ് ആയിരുന്നു. Sai service. 100% satisfaction. But tata😢😢 Body ഉരുക്കാ...അതിൽ ഒരു സംശയവും വേണ്ട...പക്ഷേ ഇതിൻ്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം, സർവീസ്....😢😢😢 ദൈവത്തെ ഓർത്തു Tata വാങ്ങാതെ ഇരിക്കുക... അതെ പറയാൻ ഒള്ളൂ.
Same experience faced by me for my tiago from 2019 aug to 2023 june. After sale support,customer service , quality of spares are worst. Faced many issues and most of them are resolved on warranty period itself, but need frequent visit to service centre. Now iam using Maruti Swift newly purchased on june 2023. Apart of safety, its a peace of mind vehicle, less maintenance, low cost , and good customer support
2020 Augustൽ ഞാൻ ഒരു altroz (petrol) വണ്ടി വാങ്ങി. ഇപ്പോൾ 32000 കി.മി.ഓടി. എന്റെ പ്രശ്നം വളരെ ഗുരുതരമാണ്.വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ accelator കട്ടാവുന്നു. 8 മാസം മുമ്പ് ഞാൻ service centre ൽ വണ്ടി കൊടുത്തു.രണ്ടു ദിവസത്തിനുശേഷം വണ്ടി തിരികെ കിട്ടി. പ്രശ്നം ഒരു മാറ്റവുമില്ലാതെ തുടർന്നു. രണ്ടു മാസത്തിനുശേഷം വീണ്ടും 2 ദിവസം അങ്ങനെ ഇതുവരെ 3 പ്രാവശ്യം. പ്രശ്നം പഴയതുപോലെ തുടരുന്നു. വണ്ടി ഓഫാക്കി വീണ്ടും എൻജിൻ സ്റ്റാർട്ടാക്കിയാൽ o k . service centre കാരു പറയുന്നത് കുഴപ്പമൊന്നും കാണുന്നില്ലായെന്നാണ്. ഇനി എന്തു ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് എനിക്ക് ഒരു പിടിയുമില്ല. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഒരു advice തരാൻ കഴിയുമോ?

എനിക്ക് 2017 Nano Genx ഉണ്ട് , അതിന്റെ build Quality യിൽ impress ആയി 2023 ൽ Tiago NRG വാങ്ങി, പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് Quality അത്ര പോരെന്ന് ഒരു തോന്നൽ. വണ്ടി വിറ്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഗോകുലം മോട്ടോർസ് ഒന്ന് തിരിഞ്ഞ് നോക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. അന്ന് തന്ന booklet ലെ ഒരു നമ്പർ പോലും എടുക്കുന്നില്ല. സർവീസ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് Tata യുടെ ഒരു ഫീഡ് ബാക്ക് കോൾ പോലും ഇല്ല. വണ്ടി കുഴപ്പമില്ലാതെ ഓടുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ഒരു സമാധാനം ഉണ്ടെന്ന് മാത്രം.

I've been using iturbo for over 2 years now and a check engine light issue enikkum adikkarund idakkidaku but athu service center ethunnathinu munne ennum clear aayi povum. Pinne main issue right side projector adichu pokum idakkidakku. But other than this the car is gem. Wonderful cornering capability and it's very agile when it comes to overtaking and stuff. Personally I don't regret buying this car. Pinne service centeril ithupole wait cheyendi vannittilla all my services were fast. Another issue I did face was the clamp for air intake breaking on it's own. But overall after 57k kilometers in 2 years the car still doesn't have any power loss and pulls like crazy in second and third gear

I drive a tata punch; the build quality is fantastic but there are some obvious design flaws and omissions which can be perfected. The customer service & the servicing is average to below average at best, but the support staff tries their best. The engine is underpowered and it's a pure gas guzzler with poor mileage. Again, the build quality is fantastic, and the sound system is a beauty. If you have driven American cars like FORD or Chevy or even the GMC then you will know how this feel
Try LUXON TATA - IRUMPANOM (KOCHI THRIPUNITHURA). they are based from Nippon group and they provide a very good service. I took my altroz frm Thrissur to Kochi and they are highs better......

സർവിസ് മോശം ആയത് കൊണ്ടാണ് കംപ്ലൈന്റ് വരുന്നത് തന്നെ, ഇത്രേം മോശം സർവിസ് ആയിട്ടും 1 lakh മുകളിൽ ഓടിയ എത്രയോ tiago ഉണ്ട്. Bs6 വണ്ടികൾക് സെൻസർ fault കാണിക്കും അത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ആണ് കാര്യം.

Luxon Tata Service is good. Also Trivandrum Motors Kallambalam is good. Derik Trivandrum has the worst service experience. Overall a very good experience with Tata motors except the experience at Derik Motors Trivandrum.

Based on your story feels like they have not change the bumper, they have repaired your bumper. If they have got a new bumper, it's just remove and fit, will not take 4 to 6 days. I think the service provider has not raised to Tata system because it will provide black mark to the service provider and they did a in-house job to repair it.

Forget the quality of service. This CZcamsr's Altroz is just 1 year old; look at it and see how many minor and major complaints he has faced with that car. It is just because of the low-quality components that have been used to make the car. It's not recommended for long-term use, like Toyota, Suzuki, or Honda. Don't say that it has a strong body because the steel they use is not good; check CZcams, RUST issues keep coming. Unless they use good-quality components, they can't give customers satisfaction, even if they provide good service. Even though they solve your issues all the time, would you like to go to the service center regularly when your car makes minor complaints very often? I'm a Tata Nexon Diesel BS6 (2020) owner. I can say that they really need to improve the service centre experience. In Bangalore, i have had the worst experience from Prerna motors for a gear shift issue. I can clearly say that some of the service centers in Kerala are much better when compared to Bangalore. All the recent services were done from Rotana Motors (Meenchanda), Calicut which I'm happy with.
As a Suzuki vehicle owner, I have found that Bangalore service centers are worse than those in Kerala.

എൻ്റെ altroz ഒരു മാസമായി സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്തില്ല. 15000 km ആയി.
കഴിഞ്ഞ week വണ്ടി എടുത്തപ്പോൾ
Start-stop switch ഞെക്കിയിട്ട് വണ്ടി on ആകുന്നില്ല. Battery down ആയി കാണും എന്ന് കരുതി. പക്ഷേ മറ്റു music player, glass താഴ്ത്താൻ,light ഒക്കെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സ്വിച്ച്ചിൽ കുറെ ഞെക്കിയപ്പോ on ആയി.
പക്ഷേ engine light കത്തി കിടക്കുന്നു. പണി ആയോ ദൈവമേ എന്ന് കരുതി muvattupuzha malayalam tatayil കൊടുത്തു. അവിടെ എത്തിയപ്പോ engine light off ആയി. അവർ പിന്നെ എന്തോ ലാപ് ഒക്കെ കുത്തി നോക്കി, ബാറ്ററി ഇഷ്യൂ ആണന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. വേറെ engine issues ഒന്നും ഇല്ല. Battery charge ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. ബാറ്ററി ചാർജ് ആക്കി. പക്ഷേ ഇഷ്യൂ അവിടെ തന്നെ നിൽക്കുന്നു...
കുറെ ഞെക്കിയലെ സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ആകൂ. എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് അറിയില്ല.

Same experience faced by me for my tiago from 2019 aug to 2023 june. After sale support,customer service , quality of spares are worst. Faced many issues and most of them are resolved on warranty period itself, but need frequent visit to service centre.
Now iam using Maruti Swift newly purchased on june 2023. Apart of safety, its a peace of mind vehicle, less maintenance, low cost , and good customer support
2020 Augustൽ ഞാൻ ഒരു altroz (petrol) വണ്ടി വാങ്ങി. ഇപ്പോൾ 32000 കി.മി.ഓടി. എന്റെ പ്രശ്നം വളരെ ഗുരുതരമാണ്.വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ accelator കട്ടാവുന്നു. 8 മാസം മുമ്പ് ഞാൻ service centre ൽ വണ്ടി കൊടുത്തു.രണ്ടു ദിവസത്തിനുശേഷം വണ്ടി തിരികെ കിട്ടി. പ്രശ്നം ഒരു മാറ്റവുമില്ലാതെ തുടർന്നു. രണ്ടു മാസത്തിനുശേഷം വീണ്ടും 2 ദിവസം അങ്ങനെ ഇതുവരെ 3 പ്രാവശ്യം. പ്രശ്നം പഴയതുപോലെ തുടരുന്നു. വണ്ടി ഓഫാക്കി വീണ്ടും എൻജിൻ സ്റ്റാർട്ടാക്കിയാൽ o k . service centre കാരു പറയുന്നത് കുഴപ്പമൊന്നും കാണുന്നില്ലായെന്നാണ്. ഇനി എന്തു ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് എനിക്ക് ഒരു പിടിയുമില്ല. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഒരു advice തരാൻ കഴിയുമോ?

എനിക്ക് 2017 Nano Genx ഉണ്ട് , അതിന്റെ build Quality യിൽ impress ആയി 2023 ൽ Tiago NRG വാങ്ങി, പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് Quality അത്ര പോരെന്ന് ഒരു തോന്നൽ. വണ്ടി വിറ്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഗോകുലം മോട്ടോർസ് ഒന്ന് തിരിഞ്ഞ് നോക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. അന്ന് തന്ന booklet ലെ ഒരു നമ്പർ പോലും എടുക്കുന്നില്ല. സർവീസ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് Tata യുടെ ഒരു ഫീഡ് ബാക്ക് കോൾ പോലും ഇല്ല. വണ്ടി കുഴപ്പമില്ലാതെ ഓടുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ഒരു സമാധാനം ഉണ്ടെന്ന് മാത്രം.

I've been using iturbo for over 2 years now and a check engine light issue enikkum adikkarund idakkidaku but athu service center ethunnathinu munne ennum clear aayi povum. Pinne main issue right side projector adichu pokum idakkidakku. But other than this the car is gem. Wonderful cornering capability and it's very agile when it comes to overtaking and stuff. Personally I don't regret buying this car. Pinne service centeril ithupole wait cheyendi vannittilla all my services were fast. Another issue I did face was the clamp for air intake breaking on it's own. But overall after 57k kilometers in 2 years the car still doesn't have any power loss and pulls like crazy in second and third gear

I drive a tata punch; the build quality is fantastic but there are some obvious design flaws and omissions which can be perfected. The customer service & the servicing is average to below average at best, but the support staff tries their best. The engine is underpowered and it's a pure gas guzzler with poor mileage. Again, the build quality is fantastic, and the sound system is a beauty. If you have driven American cars like FORD or Chevy or even the GMC then you will know how this feel
A good review about poor customer service. I believe a incorporated tracking app in the tata service app will allay most of our fears

Luxon Tata Service is good. Also Trivandrum Motors Kallambalam is good. Derik Trivandrum has the worst service experience. Overall a very good experience with Tata motors except the experience at Derik Motors Trivandrum.

Even though they solve your issues all the time, would you like to go to the service center regularly when your car makes minor complaints very often?
