Obviously there were people dying every year in the hospital. And no matter how smart the doctors were or the directors, nothing ever changed. People kept dying. So some geniuses figured, you know what nobody has yet tried? Setting a horse loose in the hospital. Maybe if we did that, then people would stop dying. You can't tell them that it's 100% not gonna happen. Because nobody has ever tried it yet. So here we all are. Watching a horse plow through a hospital...because no one ever thought to try it before.

UPDATE: it seems the horse got into the boiler room and hoofed through the wiring before he left. Hospital is running held together by sheer stubbornness. Too much infighting among hospital staff means that the hospital hasn’t been fixed and nothing gets done. Update June 2023: The horse, who is still adamant he was wrongfully removed from the hospital, is planning to convince people to let him in again. Notable opponents include a prettier horse who's been trained to be in hospitals but is VERY bent on attacking baby incubators anyway, and the geriatric but well-trained therapy pony currently in the hospital. Which is concerning on its own, but more concerning is that the horse has been caught by the horse catcher for stealing medical records and is currently on trial for hoarding them and showing them off to people. While he might get sent to the glue factory, everyone is pretty sure he's still going to try to get back into the hospital again next year.

Update: After the horse was finally caught and while it was on its way out of the hospital, a bunch of people who loved the destruction the horse did broke into the hospital and did even more damage. But now they’re all going to jail, and probably, maybe, the horse is, too. But even after thousands of deaths due to the horse, almost half the hospital staff wants the horse back.
New update, The elephant with dementia that was let in has caused untold billions of dollars in damages while probably stealing money for his son and has directly caused 3 wars to escalate or start. Killing more people by accident than the horse has killed on purpose. Polling says the elephant is doing great.

I remember a therapy pony that visited my dad in hospice. The major difference is that one had a handler and was not loose.
