Best adult swim April fools prank YET! This legit felt like a live event treasure hunt (seeing learning with pibby crossover into the adult swim universe causing a blink and you miss it event is mind blowing!) This just shows us that adult swim is listening to the fans and that they are intact aware of what we want and crave. This April fools event is seriously well thought out, the fact that this wasn’t even teased or promoted in the first place makes it even more amazing and creepy that the fact that these unknown yet Familiar faces walk on screen for a couple of seconds and cause Disturbing imagery or glitchy frames is very cool! Can’t wait for next years April fools day event!!!!

It’s really good especially since they had to let go of Family Guy due to a problem with Fox, so now this could probably reel in those viewers once again. I think this show could even save Cartoon Network after their big fall in ratings or whatever.

This has probably got to be the single greatest April Fool's "prank" I have ever seen. I didn't get to see the event in person, but just the way everything is choreographed and the fact that the glitch can take over literally ANYTHING and EVERYTHING is freaking insane!! I thought it was really cool that they had a random Aqua Teen episode from like years ago. Usually this would only be a think with newer shows or popular shows on a network
Glad we are seeing Pibby in some form again. The cameos appearing in reruns reminds me of the rare footage of Jimmy manipulating Nick shows
*STUFF TO TAKE AWAY FROM THIS:* Pibby IS coming, no doubts. Even though her appearance seems to have been linked to an April Fools' prank to keep the viewers attention on the programming, this seems to be a much bigger deal in the grand schemes of things, a test to see how much attention Pibby can gather, a test to see how popular she and her story can become dictated on how long her appearance can make viewers tune in to the progreamming. They were testing, on April Fools out of all days, how profitable can Pibby be to their programming.
This is both genius and scary because there seems to be a catch in this kind of promotion and marketing, the fact they released these on an April Fools out of all date, a date in which no one would believe Pibby content was released in AS in spite it being her anniversary, means that they're testing the popularity of the character against the fire to see if it prevails the test against it. They're trying to see how popular is the character and how down people are to watch more of her content, to the point they'd only tune in onto the network and sit through almost 2 hours of their content just to see Pibby.
Adult Swim is making one thing clear, if we want Pibby we gotta show how much we want Pibby, how willing are we as viewers to endure to see her show be a reality; So depending if the ratings on the network after the teasers were released went up, alternatively how many people are watching the CZcams release of the special programming all the way through, they might actually take Pibby as a brand seriously.
They are already working on her, no doubts. But if *WE* want her show to actually go all out until it has its proper conclusion one day in the future, we as audience must do our part in both showing support and keeping interest on the character and brand alive. That's like the only way Adult Swim seem to be willing take such risky project with full force.

Pibby is absolutely greenlit at that point, considering we got new animation and dialogue from Pibby and Bun Bun.
If it does turn into a real show, this is the COOLEST way to prelude the show, it needs to happen, because they are setting it up too perfectly to just drop it.
Also, might as well get ready to see fanmade pibby art for non-animated shows, commercials, and adult animation shows now, since it is now confirmed that the corruption can affect all televised media, all that's left is videogames, but I don't see how they'd manage to get any recognizable games in on it, the closest I can see is sonic, with the sonic boom show being on CN. I would say pokemon too since it is there alot aswell, but good luck with getting nintendo and the pokemon company to agree.
Also important to note, the first trailer focused on CN, second on AS, if there is another channel in on it, the next trailer would probably show that channels shows.

The next channel they'd invade would most likely be TBS. I can see them getting glitchy versions of Young Sheldon, The Big Bang Theory, and probably Close Enough. I only mention TBBT and YS because they invaded Eric Andre and Joe Pera.

I really do hope that Learning With Pibby becomes a green lit show and I really do love Cartoon Network but ever since they canceled shows like Infinity Train which was a very great show by the way and Owen Denis deserves much more recognition for Infinity Train Learning With Pibby can possibly be the next greatest cartoon on Cartoon Network so come on Cartoon Network please make this short become a full blown series I just really love animated series like this one oh and thank you so much Vailskibum94 for keeping us up to date with Learning With Pibby and I love your channel and content too 🙋♀️ 😃

I still don't understand why they cancelled Infinity Train. Owen Dennis definitely learned a lot from his time on Regular Show and it being on HBO Max is what got me invested in the series. While I didn't really care for Season 4, I enjoyed the first three, and Season 2 was the most emotionally invested I've ever been in a television show.

It would be very cool if this was expanded further, a tv show which takes place in the background of edited tv shows. Incredibly unlikely, but imagine having to switch to other channels to watch it live. And the show would change to go along with a channels guidelines.

I still fondly remember Adult Swim's April Fools prank from 2017. At the time, _Samurai Jack_ was in its final season and had left off on an exciting cliffhanger from the previous week. Then, when the Adult Swim block for that Saturday started, there was no _Samurai Jack._ Only the surprise premiere of season three of _Rick and Morty_ that was played on a loop for the entire night, delaying Jack's episode to next week.
At first, the prank made _Rick and Morty_ fans very happy and infuriated _Samurai Jack_ fans that had waited over a decade for a conclusion to Jack's journey. Then, after the initial shock went away, some amazing crossover fan content between both shows began to emerge. One of the best involved an alternate comic ending to the season with Rick reuniting Jack with an alternate version of Ashi.
As for _Learning with Pibby,_ it had my interest when it showed old and modern beloved cartoon characters being consumed by this Lovecraftian darkness. Seems like it has the potential to lean heavily on the 4th wall from a horror angle, which would be a nice change from shows playing that for laughs or some nihilistic commentary.
I've been wondering why no one has talked about when beth shot the gun her outline briefly glitches like Morty when he was corrupted and she was confused because it wasn't her actions that did it

Well don’t forget that HBO Max is newer than Rick & Morty. Like if HBO Max came before Rick & Morty, Rick & Morty may not have been on Hulu since if you look at Adult Swim’s page on Hulu, there is not much on there and definitely not any newer series.

The April Fools special gave me this fun little theory about the darkened glitch corrupting cartoon characters, sure it is able to do that but what if say it would need to corrupt shows on adult swim already to get strong enough since when comes down to a virus it starts off small then eventually expands itself every where so maybe the glitch works like that to and once it dose become powerful, it can be able to corrupt cartoon characters that isn't on adult swim old or new, canceled or not.(This just a theory since we don't actually know where the glitch came from, as in we don't really have a full origin and plus at the beginning the glitch wasn't as fast it once was while thoughit was still corrupting bun bun but near the end it was spazzing out like crazy oozing from the top screen)

Even if this is the dark light in which we'll get to see them again, if we're seeing shows from CN, then I'm hoping every show that has aired on CN is fair game (and that Lion won't be the only survivor that I'm familiar with)
