Such a fantastic show. The performers are always top notch and even though the show hasnt changed since the 90's, its still such a rush to watch it live!
Well, there were a few changes, especially to the overall structure of the show. For example, the seaplane crash originally happened much earlier (at the scene where the deacon shoots the mariner with the bazooka)
Bro these guys are lucky imagine your full time job is to yell at people and chuck buckets of water at them. 😂😂😂
I don’t think “lucky” is the right word here. More like these guys earned their jobs by being good actors and stuntmen

I worked on this show 20 years ago as a show controller, nothing has changed, still the same excitement and pleasure today
Originally, at 21:27 when she get hit into the swing it’s meant to go on its own (so she would be separated from the fight). However, there wasn’t enough force when she fell in and she even got up and looked concerned that it wasn’t moving. So it’s a good move that the evil guy (sorry can’t remember his name) noticed this and pushed her while improvising a funny line.

My cousin and I saw this show for the first time today and absolutely LOVED it!!!! We actually saw it TWICE cause we loved it the first time. The second time we went there was one point at the start where the guy was telling people to sit down and I said to my cousin “Yo watch this.” I stood up and shouted at the guy with the water pistol to hit me not thinking he was gonna do it and he ended up blasting me with the water and I was completely drenched by the end of it and we were FREEZING! But it was 10/10 action packed and fun!
Saw this back in 2010 - waterworld happens to one of my favorite movies and didn’t know they had this show!
Was baffled by that plane crashing in!!

Would I get to learn from these guys because I’m actually interested to do some stunts because Im from Hawaii and I want to do stunts for TV shows in Hawaii like Magnum P.I so I was hoping maybe this could help me out by watching them

Is it just me, or is the Deacon incredibly cool and the best, most misunderstood character?
Back then this performance was so much more intense and more actors.
Kevin Costner and Macgyver are the greatest ever, i dont care what the critics say!
Bummer they have removed some of the stunt guys from this act. When the plane crashes they used to have 2-3 guys run or jump off the tower while the plane crashed...now its just 2 actors visible....feels so empty.

The crane there is functional and picks it up and brings it back over
(Sigh) Missed being able to see this live when I went back in February by only 3 minutes. Last show of the day, and my only day at the park, too.

I’m actually interested in doing stunts and I was thinking if watching this could help me out plus I’m an extras cast right now on Magnum P.I and I wanted to move it up so I want to do stunts for like roles that I see that are stunts so I was gonna hope that this could help me out because I’m interested to do this that’s why too

why does the guy playing the deacon seem a little gay. Not that it's bad. I just took notice after seeing this show so many times.
The movie was a flop. Lost lots of money. Costner won the golden raspberry for worst actor. Why would they do this ? You want to pretend it never happened..
