Always include muscle stretching videos before getting into hard exercises. We are seeing so many people starting with hard work outs without stretching muscles, especially large group muscles. Hi Vijo, regarding the knee, video sec 16:00, when my knee moves in front of my toe, I am putting more pressure on my knee instead of thigh and back. that may lead to a knee problem. My assumption may be wrong.
