Man dr frank I know u choosing a disposable vape 😂
I stoped smoking cigs after 20 years. I switched to smoking crack. Now I can't afford cigarettes anymore. Fool proof plan
This was the comment I needed to read to inspire me to switch to crack, I’ve been debating for awhile now and this was the push I needed, god bless you, stay strong…
I also recently made the switch. I can't believe I waited this long.
Should’ve switched to cocaine much more pricy.
@@baskpro8232 cokes not all it's "cracked" up to be
You should try desomorphine, you can basically make it at home
May God help everyone out there trying to quit 🤲🏻❤️
Thankyou 🙏
In order for God to help them they first need to be willing to change themselves.
Amen. Thank you.
i’m tryna start
I want to try-out these to get rid of smoking
Retired dentist! I diagnosed three patients in 30 years with squamous cell carcinoma. All three smoked and drank alcohol in excess. I have dipped since college. Saw many parents who also dipped. Zero issues but I did advise to relocate each session around the month. I now use Zyn and love them. Peter Attia and Tucker Carlson are two who also use this product. Both have been on CZcams interviews discussing their preference for Nicotine pouches
true, oral cancer is hyoer rare. A Karolinska Institute stury invoving 418 000 Swedish males followed for 30 years equaling 9.2 million life years concluded a total of 600 oral cancer cases and the normal use of "suns ie 4 cans or less per week, actually reduced the risk of oral cancer with 35% as compared to never-snus users. Quote: No association between moist oral snuff (snus) use and oral cancer: pooled analysis of nine prospective observational studies
PMID: 32466721 DOI: 10.1177/1403494820919572
Abstract
Aims: Worldwide, smokeless-tobacco use is a major risk factor for oral cancer. Evidence regarding the particular association between Swedish snus use and oral cancer is, however, less clear. We used pooled individual data from the Swedish Collaboration on Health Effects of Snus Use to assess the association between snus use and oral cancer. Methods: A total of 418,369 male participants from nine cohort studies were followed up for oral cancer incidence through linkage to health registers. We used shared frailty models with random effects at the study level, to estimate hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) adjusted for confounding factors. Results: During 9,201,647 person-years of observation, 628 men developed oral cancer. Compared to never-snus use, ever-snus use was not associated with oral cancer (adjusted HR 0.90, 95% CI: 0.74, 1.09). There were no clear trends in risk with duration or intensity of snus use, although lower intensity use (⩽ 4 cans/week) was associated with a reduced risk (HR 0.65, 95% CI: 0.45, 0.94). Snus use was not associated with oral cancer among never smokers (HR 0.87, 95% CI: 0.57, 1.32). Conclusions: Swedish snus use does not appear to be implicated in the development of oral cancer in men.
I use zyn too but there is always the risk of periodontal disease 🦠 I think 🤔
@@TheTonyF no it does not, what colors the teeth in say cigs or dip is the tobacco that has a natural brown dye that releases.
I relocate all around my mouth and drink water and wash my mouth out after cheers retired dentist I also use Sweden zyns only
The dude said cancer is caused by continued irritation of an area lol. Everyone would have some kind of cancer on areas of their body that were constantly being rubbed against which isn’t true. Lol
I have never smoked a cigarette in my life, but took up vaping a couple years ago out of curiosity. The addiction is real
How are you doing now ? I’ve managed to stop vaping
after 7 years of addiction
I saw one of additive mindsets videos in the week and instantly threw my vape away. I thought nah I need to stop. Later the day I lost focus and couldn't do any of my work. Next day I went to buy a disposable... After 7 years addiction but ig I need to slow down than go cold turkey otherwise it'll break me with withdrawals
@@kuro.5628 the best was to quit is with nicotine replacement therapy, there are approved nicotine gums, patches, and lozenges available in drug stores. depending on the state you're in there might also be a state administered program for people trying to quit nicotine. In florida we have tobaccofreeflorida which delivers nicotine lozenges and patches that become less strong as the weeks pass over a process of 18 weeks
@@kuro.5628 the hardest part is resisting the urge when the temptation is near
If you are not addicted to nicotine now listen to me don't just don't ever trust me.
Yep. I wish I can go back to 2012 and smack myself in the face for starting vaping. Didn’t even smoke prior
Thankyou so much for you time and effort great information
very informative video. thanks man
Wow. Been on Zyn pouches for about 2.5 years now to get away from cigarettes and chewing tobacco to be a bit healthier. And recently been thinking a lot about quitting nicotine for good. The extreme anxiety was my main reason to quit, but when you said mouth cancer risk with Zyn, that was enough to send me over the edge to go full send today. I'm not looking back either.
I was on your same boat, I quit and it was very difficult but I think I found a trick to it. I picked up drinking mate tea. It gives you something to do with a kick of caffeine trough out the day.
Goodluck and hope u can kick it for good 👍
thank you for the info much appreciated
Man, I just switched over to zyn/rogue pouches from the disposable vapes like posh and sheesh. And it’s been 6 days on the pouches and I’m still craving the vape because the oral fixation of smoking something, but it is getting better. Now these pouches are really irritating the inside of my bottom lip and not so much my gums. I feel like the long cut chew I used to do like skoal and Copenhagen back in the day didn’t eat my lip up this bad. I’m doing 6-10 pouches a day. I want to get off of nicotine completely but this has been a battle for over half my life and I just turned 30.
Thanks for the good information man. Good videos!
Unpopular opinion, regular moist dip pouches were the least problematic for me
@@AddictionMindset I honestly might switch to those again.
Wonder if this guy has opinions on Zippix toothpicks.
43 days cold Turkey - vape cravings are still unbearable - highly depressed
They’ll go
Vaping is deadly dangerous....I have been heavy smoker followed by vaping and finally SNUS..
Yeah man, quitting is hard. I've probably stopped like 4 times. I'll go months without vaping/smoking but working a blue collar job (in the south as well) and having a couple of friends who does it makes it 10 times harder to stop. I think it's just a mindset change. If you are really ready to stop, have the mindset that you aren't a vaper anymore. Keep in mind that YOU are in control, not a craving formed from some chemical. Keep it up don't fall back into it
whats your diet like ?
Congratulations ❤❤❤❤
Keep yourself busy. Learn to hate the idea of vaping. Tell the important people in your life what you're going through. ❤❤❤
Thanks for the video!
We start because we are stupid and uneducated, then we learn, sadly by then it’s too late. The addiction goes deep.

Love you bro
I smoke a tobacco pipe occasionally, but don't inhale. I do not use any other Nicotine products though.
I picked up vaping in high school and have quit twice. The second time i started was intentionally self-destructive. I've chewed nicorette and im using patches right now. Combining sublingual or transdermal with caffeine just helps me focus on work. I will never go back to smoking or vaping anything. At some point, I'll try zyn, but until then im fine with gum or patches. Moderation is key, the goal is to prevent tolerance buildup
This was a great video. I’d love to see you do a video on this for consumption modes of cannabis as well.
Damn you made me think about dry herb vaping for the first time in a while. Such a desirable experience (I can't justify it for myself anymore)
I was using niccotine patches but those didn't seem to work good enough and it was 40 dollars a box. I started zyn and its 4 dollars every 4 days.
People have better control at first as well as not smoking everyday. Even when they do end up smoking everyday they might smoke less cigarettes a day at first and get worse over time but come to a limit
Where would you think products like nicotine gum and lozenges rank in a list like this?
Velo and ZYN definitely irritated my inner lip/ gum. More than that, it gave me crazy and very frequent heart palpitations (and beats would skip all the time). I quit a few months ago and I feel great. No more heart palpitations and less moody as well.
Yup all day! People forget that nicotine is a drug and causes problems these days
@@AddictionMindset Yes, it’s not side effect free, like smarty pants biohacking podcasters with brand deals want you to think. Any benefits will go away once you get used to it and you’re left with only negatives.
How long did it take you not to crave it and did you cold turkey? Also do your gums feel healthier now?
@@Omar-wm8pq Less than a week I’d say. I went cold turkey from 1.5 packs of Velo a day. Definitely healthier gums. I like the empowerment of “not being a slave to nicotine” (that’s how I put it in my head).
@@DEM0NICUSyeah that’s my main motivation as well, good to hear from you bro, I cold tirkeyed a few days ago from about 3-4 individual nicotine pouches a day but they were each 17mg nicotine
Lozenges also contain Ace K if anybody was wondering.

@@jayc2469Ah good luck with your meth and crack problems😂
Would love to know what you think of cigars.
Racently got back on Zyn cause I've been stressing out at school, wish I didn't. Used to be a hardcore chain vaper for 6 years, did the math was smoking around 30 packs worth of cigarettes of nicotine in vapor per day. Your videos helped me quit last time will do it again with urgency this time.
Thank you for the awesome video.
2 mg/cig * 20 cigs/pack=40 mg/pack * 30 packs = 1,200 mg /30 packs
Strongest vape juice (5% Juul pod - maybe you did find something much stronger)=60mg/ml
1,200 mg/60 mg = 20ml of vape juice / day, or nearly 30 Juul pods worth 😂
Either your math is rough or you were practically snorting lines of nicotine 😂
Please be kind to yourself as you quit and don't feel like you have to go cold turkey. You can keep the habit and slowly drop the drug out of the equation with vape tech. Then tackle the habit.
@@baiseduezcke2295 Yes, math is correct. I would smoke one of the 4k puff disposable vapes per day or the 6-8k in 1-2days the thing is there isn't 5mg in a pod of juul its 5% of the volume of the liquid is nicotine, making it 5mg. People are smoking ALOT more nicotine when using the disposable nicotine salt based products then people actually think, one of the reasons it motivated me to quit after I realized how much nicotine I was putting into my body. A cigarette is actually extremely low in nicotine levels when compared to a vape. Just one hit off of a 5% vape (depending on how you hit it) is about a cigarettes worth, and I was ripping that shit hard. Long story short you need to look at the unit per volume, there
isn't only 5mg in a juul pod its 5mg per volume of liquid (don't know the amount off the top of my head I think per milliliter). Thank you currently on Zyn but I'm going to make the push to quit, hope you have a great rest of your day and success if you are trying to quit as well!

Actually according to this article I was smoking more than originally thought. Lol.
Vaping doesn’t just cause lung issues - I started to develop GERD. I quit and my issue diminished almost immediately- I used Nicotine Lozenges from the pharmacy
Out of curiosity what is the difference between zyn products and losenges
i would love to talk to you about cytisine and how it helped me with quitting
with vape it depends on the juice and quality if your gonna vape get a mod and make your own e juice
hey doc, can you talk about vape mods, with like 3mg, american made juices?
What is yiir opinion on Nic Nacs?
I've done almost all of these, though zyn and vaping were my 2 main ways of delivery. I had a nicotine relapse at the end of January but I've made it the whole month of February no nicotine. Outside of an occasional craving, it isn't something I long for much. Realistically, I could live with myself if I had an occasional hit of nicotine, but every time I've tried that, it's led to full-blown relapse. Better to stay off the stuff entirely.
U have to consider that only a small amount of nicotine is absorbed by most vapers, the young kids are going silly on them taking big lung hits because clouds are cool 😎 i agree the vapes need to be monitored and probably by prescription like australia is doing but personal refillable mods should still be available to adults who dont want to smoke cigaretes.
I was a pack a day smoker i now vape around 3 ml of 12 mg juice per day for the last 8 years on the same flavour for 8 years mixing my own juice with 100mg per ml, capella mango and vegitable glycerine and its saved my life if you seen how un healthy i was....
We cant even import the replacement coil elements in australia since a few months back so i guess i will end up smoking again 😢
Was Marlbore they brand you smoked? I'm gussing that's why you picked that brand up on the video
I actually liked camel cigs haha, but all my Friends preferred marbs.
I use an herb vaporizer with pipe tobacco. I don't inhale and the flavor is amazing.
Sadly, that sounds delightful.. I have quit as I ended up on high concentrations of both over the years, but I used to religiously french inhale spliff mix out of a dry vape 🎉 memories
Can nicotine pouch cause skin burning or alergy specially in face neck and back without raches?
I tried a product called Tabex that uses cytisine to help with nicotine withdrawal and it completely kills my withdrawals.
I am someone whos smokes nothing probably unlike many of you but hearing about zyn makes me consider trying it I am in a period of life where benefits of nicotine would come in handy what would you advise?
I mean you will most likely get addicted, increased heart rate and blood pressure, more restlessness, some lethargy here and there. Those are the main risks. You’re an adult so it’s your choice
I'm glad you mentioned the artificial sweetener. I thought general was good to go, now I'll have to order snus. It's unfortunate that it hasn't caught on here in the States.
It uses artificial sweetener because regular sugar will actually ruin your teeth.
Nic Nac Naturals are the cleanest Nicotine Ive found, theyre not bad and not crazy addicting. I got 5 to try, used them over a month and a half, and stopped like that.
I been using the nicotine gum since I quit vaping. I started when I was 18 and I'm 25 now and I quit last year but relapsed several times. But since I started the gum it's helped but now I'm hooked on the gum and can't get off
Try replacing the gum with non nicotine I notice for me it’s the habit of putting gum in that’s really getting to me
Also put regular gum in a ZYN can your brain will kinda register it as nicotine gum not non nicotine gum it helps a TON
@@smokey-smore thanks for the advice. Will definitely give it a go. Much appreciated

Sadly you didn’t mention about Iqos.

Quit vaping cold turkey 30 days ago. Just been eating candy. It’s been brutal but worth it.
That’s wonderful hope you’re still going strong. I’m so anxious to quit.. I went out and purchased my “quit kit”… gum.. candy and snacks.. two vapes left.. I have a lot to get through this week and not good time to quit but after these two I have to try and I think cold turkey is the only way for me. It was so much easier in the past to quit cigs but vaping, because it’s so easy and more constant it’s like an emotional codependency.. feels like an extra limb at this point 😂
I would have liked your opinion on iqos too in a little more detail
I went from cigarettes to chew and noticed my addiction go WAY up, smoked roughly 5 to 10 cigarettes a day to dipping 2 to 4 times a day with a skol pouch and had to stop after about 6 months bc I could tell it was putting way more nicotine into my system. Now I vape the small pens like the vuse and hate it bc I use it ALL day if I can. Looking to replace the habit with something better
I dipped Copenhagen for well over 20 years and was able to finally get off it with Zyn. I hate Zyn and it is no where near as satisfying as Copenhagen but it is cheaper and since I often swallowed Copenhagen I feel the Zyn has to be safer.
Can you do at least one video about IQOS?
i quit using nicotine pouches like 6 months ago, which i used to help me stop smoking cigarettes and vaping. however i just dont see the point anymore and im thinking of going back to nicotine pouches as i dont really see the dangers to them
Check out outlaws nic safe dip

Going to quit vaping now and switch to zyn. I vape all day 24/7 so it’s gonna be really tough. Hope it helps
I’m on day 2 of making the switch been vaping heavy everyday for 7 years
First one and I’m buzzed for the first time in so long 🤣🤣
Did exactly this, haven't used a vape in like a month now, went from cigs to vape and now to zyn. I'm using like a can of zyn every 3 days so I'd say it's an improvement
@@willmullinsmusic I did the same thing, was a pack a day smoker since high school and switched to vapes back when box mods were still the norm. Once covid hit and New York banned flavored vapes it caused all the local vape shops to close their doors for good. I switched to disposable vapes and noticed a significant increase in breathing issues and irritation from vaping so I switched to Zyns this year and haven't looked back. I feel so much better now and can go much longer without nicotine cravings.
Informative video, but I find it peculiar that you talk about Zyn being nic salt. Do you mean a.k.a synthetic?
Because Zyn does not use synthetic nicotine. I recently contacted their customer service and they replied that the nicotine is extracted from the tobacco plant. At least this is the case with the swedish Zyn.
Alkaloid extracts from plant matter is often done using an acid base titration. My understanding is the acids bind to the alkaloid to form salts. Hydrochloric acid makes HCL, citric acid makes citrate, etc.
Oh, ok! Thanks for clarifying @@thecheeseman1662 👌🏻
Imagine being paid for quiting weed , Yes Dr Frank one can pay themselves for quitting by , saving the money used to buy weed or cigarettes ,daily and see how much can be saved
I have to contradict him. In England and Switzerland, vaping is considered 95% less harmful than cigarettes and is paid for by health insurance for people who want to stop smoking. Tobacco, even if it has not been burned, is also considered to be significantly more carcinogenic than vapes
Unfortunately, in America, high-nicotine vape products are ubiquitously abused among literal schoolchildren, and the only nicotine prescription going is for cutaneous patches 😢
@@baiseduezcke2295 cant they smoke nicotine free vapes?
@@danielweiss4498 um yeah, that's how I quit using nicotine... But we have these cheap disposable vapes available everywhere that have the maximum nicotine level. And the only off-the-shelf nicotine free vapes are pod systems/ones that you fill yourself and buy juice for separately. It takes at least a little motivation to seek those items out and use them to quit.
I have been vapng for 1,5 years now and want to quit but i can't so i think i'm tranferring to nic pouthces
I skimmed this video, just being honest. But I take from it that I should alternate between snus, smoking, zyn, vaping, and skoal. Maybe even just smoke my pipe in the that mix as well.
I quit smoking for about 5 years until the government made it a complete pain in the ass to get the stuff to make my vape juice. I'd been nicotine free for about 2 years of those 5 since I was just making vape juice with no nicotine. I went back to smoking because I can get stuff to make cigarettes with without having the government rob me in the process.
At this point in life, I'm going to have something. I gave up illegal drugs when I was younger because I want things and dont want to be a danger to others. I gave up drinking for the same reasons and I just dont feel like being hungover frequently.
The KickIt stuff looks interesting, but I dont do gum at all. so that's kind of out. But I do still like the idea for other people.
The safest way to ingest nicotine is to quit.
And the safest contraceptive is celibacy🙄
Much easier said than done

For some it may be easy to stop cold turkey on vape you just have to go thru a process called “research and scaring ur self” 😂😂
Why never talk about the benefits of nicotine? It being neuro protective, it preserving neurons and preventing dementia?

1 vape a day 😂 got damn it takes me 2-4 weeks to finish a 1gram thc cart. I couldn’t imagine finishing the whole thing in a day. The sheer time needed would be substantial
Before they get addicted some people might not have even thought they would get a habit of smoking or vaping and keep picking it up
Yup! This is often the case
Crave less is a scam
there is no easy way out of nicotine addiction im on week 2 rn.
The safest way to consume nicotine is to use tasteless gum. It has zero additives and since it lacks anykind of sweet taste and etc then you naturally use it less. Nicotine spray is awful. Not safer than gum. It says 1mg but the absortion is so fast that it hits you very hard. If you have never used spray before you will literally get so strong reaction that you will get tears and vomiting effect, even when adapted to nicotine in general. Depletes dopamine super fast. For nootropic purposes using 1/2 4mg nicorette tastless gum once a day seems to be the least addictive version of them all. In my 20 years of restling with nicotime ive tried all known nicotine use methods. There is like 15+ of them. Some even not discussed in this video. So go tastless gum or go zero. Also would mention that nicotine is not all bad. It has some benefits also. But only in super small dosages 1-2mg a day seems to be optimal. Think half of 4mg gum.
Pouches are more dangerous i get chronic gastritis from this after 2 years.
Nicotine spray ?? We’re living too far in the future
Dip absolutely wrecks your gums. No way in hell it’s safer than zyns.
I'm pretty sure nasal snuff is the safest way to consume nicotine

The thing that I’ll never understand is why no one talks about how toxic nicotine itself is . Cutting out the smoke is one thing, but nicotine exposure is bad period.
Let me guess: There is none.
Don't compare cigs to cannabis

Bro you’re tripping. Chewing tobacco is much worse than Zyn’s. You’re just trying to promote your chewing gum🤣
Wow what a dumb take. Condemning vaping entirely because of counterfeit risky Chinese products. Big thumbs down.
Turn to Jesus people, he died for your sins. Repent of what the New testament describes as sin. Believe the gospel get baptized and obey the teachings of Jesus. Lmao bro offers aid in quitting, facts about the harmful effects and provides priceless or otherwise helpful information to nic users and a clown, such as yourself, has anxiety attack the moment he starts offering support for helping quit. $30 a bottle doesn’t quite compare to the $1000s spent on nic products within a users year. Also compared to how much nic can effect your health, $30 sounds a lot cheaper than the probable healthcare you may spend later in life. How much is your life worth?
Cannabis is not addictive!!!
Mentally it can be i used to freak out if i didnt have any of my stash left. It is super easy to get off of after a couple days rather than nicotine tho which is psychically addictive
Yes it is
I used to share this view when I was younger but I’ve met wayyy too many people who smoke weed everyday and say themselves they can’t stop and are dependent on it for anxiety, sleep etc etc
You can 100% develop a mental addiction so that’s just a lie
Snus and nicotine pouches can become even better. I'm the inventor and US & European patent holder of Stingfree snus tech that is the first nicotine pouch in the world that has an integrated shield for the gum preventing the burning sensation and irritation to the gum and oral mucosa. The invention has even been awarded The Golden Leaf Award for "Most exiting newcomer to the industry" at the Global Tobacco and Nicotine Forum in New York City. Anyone of you viewers heard about Stingfreesnus? By blocking the direct contact between the high pH and flavor concentrations (and nicotine salts) and the gingiva (gum), it is like there is no irritation at all.
Would love to interview you on the channel!
That caffeine addiction though
