The thing with cigarettes is the word derived from... Ziggurat For example, in Mesopotamia, the ziggurats were used as temples dedicated to their gods. Priests would perform rituals and offer sacrifices to ensure the favor of the gods. These ceremonies involved chants, prayers, and the burning of incense. Funny how most cigarette packs had pyramids on them. You are basically unknowingly partaking in a ritual by burning the tobacco.

100%. i literally had low blood pressure prior, and developed hypertension. while your lungs may thank you, if you don't have a lot of self control, the mere fact you don't have to go outside to smoke allows you to have nicotine in your system 24/7. i had to quit cuz i was developing heart problems.
@@jackmorgan729 just be careful that you don't consume it too frequently. i messed my heart up pretty good.
@@SuperSaiyanScandinavian I still have a resting heart rate of like 80bpm because of this. I need to quit this shit.
As a dentist , this is a really a great way to catch like a dozen oral diseases
Swedish dentists actually recommended snus in the 90's. Bad for the gum, but is killing bacteria. I've done snus since I was 18. Never had tooth decay.
sweish gut here been using real snus and not this stuff and real snus is tobacco..zyn is not... been using it for 30 years and turning 46 this year never had teeth problems or gum problems
It’s true! My dentist recommended it better than smoking the nicotine protects the teeth but it destroys the gums. But we are talking 10 years forward. Never ever had any problems with my mouth or teeth.
@@stenadpackadfullochhog622 No tooth decay, but enjoy the cancer lol
Keep cleaning those teeth and dreaming of being a real doctor.
Bro is chill 😂
Zyn and rogue packs have helped me stop dipping tobacco and on my way to stopping nicotine. I don’t feel like trash after using these either. Lots of perks to them
This made me stop JUUL completely. I used to vape a 4 pack of JUUL pods a week earlier this year and now I’m cold turkey no more vaping. ZYN is the best!
This kind of product is super common in scandinavia. Since there's no tobacco they are safer, though carries the same health implications that all nicotine does, just not the tobacco spesific ones. Neat if you need a way to get some nicotine without any good spots for vaping for instance.
And remember guys. If you don't snus - you lose.
Here in France too we have the raw ones that are not In pouches!
I save big bucks by losing, thanks@@TLV_Enjoyer
@@simonleeks7945i'd wager those are swedish loose snus! snus is a tobacco product, these zyns are strictly a nicotine product, so there's a slight difference. basically the same thing though, these zyns just doesn't have any tobacco in them
@@TLV_Enjoyer Bro that sounds like something a snus user would say wtf💀
Like a heroin addict saying "be a hero, use heroin"🤣
This is a very wise guy! He explained the benefits and drawbacks perfectly.
Doc is the realest!
Wow what a genius doctor 🙄
An honest doctor is rare. But i see this being healthier than just about everything else
Healthier than vegetables? Balanced diet? Get outta here
@@real_smilegamez They, very obviously, mean the healthiest of the nicotine options.
The healthiest nicotine option doesn't mean healthy.
It can be beneficial if you are not prone to addiction. As other comments said, when you are addicted and don't regulate your intake, it can still bring side effects, just like vape and cigarettes.
@@McSealnot being prone to mental addiction doesn’t mean you aren’t prone to addiction as a whole. weed, for example, is non-addictive, meaning it doesn’t cause an a physical addiction. that doesn’t mean you can’t get addicted to weed, it just means you aren’t guaranteed to have physical withdrawal symptoms if you stop using it. something like heroin, on the other hand, will always give you withdrawal sympoms if you stop regular use. so will meth, so will caffeine, and so will nicotine. nicotine is the most addictive substance, all it takes is a couple uses to become addicted and reliant on it, and this is coming from a former wake and baker who still regularly vapes, occasionally smokes cigarettes, and uses zyns a few times a week.
@@real_smilegamez he’s not referring to foods lmao you’re tweakin
Thank you for mentioning the danger of this product being dangerous for addiction prone people. I myself have that kind of brain, so it's a very appreciated warning.
I really wanted him to finish the video with, “Man and these are bitchen” 😂
i quit smoking over a decade ago, so happy I dont give my money to cig companies anymore
I use these nicotine pouches for a quite a long time and it really causes “irritation zone” when applied too often. It is called smokeless tobacco keratosis. Just be careful and don’t do dumb things like I did.
What did you do
Same as chewing tobacco...
I used to dip, do pouches now. The pouches cause yer gum skin to come off.
I use a different brand, but what type of idi0t puts it and leaves it in the same place.!! I ALWAYS move mine around every few minutes from one area to another
^^ I just wrote this, and lo and behold, I found one 😂😂 wtf man?
@@Tyz440 I used it as written on a label…
I really appreciate doctors that don't brow beat or overly emote or moralise in informing people of the risks.
As an addiction prone individual I've found that vaping has been a relatively sustainable and RELATIVELY healthy way of not falling into far more dangerous habits.
If this becomes available in my country I will certainly consider it as a means to either take a break, cut down or quit.
snus can cause (most certenty) addiction that makes you feel sick and weird when you dont take it, lasts for weeks then its starts to fade when not taking it, makes your gum worsend too in some cases and of course, whats in your blood is also in your heart so heart diseases are a risk aswell.
The other bonus is that its just powder-ised nicotine. It have none of the carcinogens and poisons of regular smoking and vaping. Its by far the safest nicotine product
I come form Europe and fought my addiction to this sh*t very hard. I’ve been dependent for 4 years, spent thousands of dollars in snus. I haven’t had one for a year and a month now, but I still frequently dream about falling back into the addiction. Please avoid at all costs
Starkt jobbat
i agree that if you are not already addicted to nicotine you should stay away. but if u smoke and are trying to quite, the pouches might be very helpful for you.
Yeah bro, it’s also extremely high nicotine dose per pouch. Some of them are equivalent to 10-20 cigarettes worth of nicotine. The danger of addiction is very high, and quitting is absolutely miserable 😂
@@joshgill3189some cigarettes have x20 nicotine than other cigarettes.
You can get 3mg-22mg snus.
I like this review and it’s the same thing I tell people when they see me Zyn. “If you aren’t already addicted to nicotine I would never tell you to start. Ive done a handful of drugs in my life and nicotine is easily the hardest to step away from.”
Do people call it zyn anywhere? I was under the impression it was called snuss. Zyn is just a brand isnt it?
@@lordmiraak8991Zyn is just a brand. Snus contains tobacco and nicotine pouches contains mostly cellulosa, nicotine and flavorings.

I still use this stuff when I need focus on big work projects - especially when coffee doesn’t work. Rotate where you place the packet to avoid permanent gum issues.
First time im seeing this guy. He is absolutely precise with his evaluation. 😊
Nope he isn't. in Denmark it's a huge Hassel because people have gotten the idea that it is alot safer then vaping but use snus for under a year and u can see the damage this little bags can do to your mouth plus with the high nicotine level it's really bad as nicotine alone can cause damage
