My grand mother was 90 when she died of other complications. And she smoked a pack and a half every single day. And i have family under 18. Who have almost died from vaping! Doctors said if you keep vapping, you will not see 20. They turn to smoking cigarettes. And its been over 8 years. And there doctor said. You should stop smoking if your trying to stay healthy! They could not fix the damage vapping did. But cigarettes didnt making it worst. This guy also is promoting e-cigarettes, and vapping. A real doctor will say stop both! But the damage of e-cigarettes, and vapping are not reversible! You can god for 3 weeks and reverse years, years of smoking. And you can jog for years, and it wouldn't change of fix just 3 days of vapping. The tissue is done. Its like a stab even after 70 years the mark is still there.

Who else is more addicted to vaping than cigarettes?? Its a nightmare for me, I smoke more vapes, it tastes and smells nice and its really a devilish product. It was easier to stop cigarettes, with vaping I don't know how, it's much more addictive for me unfortunately 😢

I switched from smoking to vaping to pouches, and I've been using ONN and ZYN for about five years now. My dentist hasn't noticed any problems, but I usually use ZYN on the upper left side of my mouth, and recently I noticed some minor gum recession in that area. I'm not sure if it's from ZYN or just because I favor that side when I eat. I quit all nicotine about four months ago because of the gum recession. I know it's not a particularly long time, but I still crave ZYN every day. If gum recession is common on the dominant side in general, I'd consider going back to ZYN because it helps me focus on long projects and work. But if ZYN is the cause, I've never had a cavity, and the thought of losing my teeth freaks me out, so I'd never use it again. Still, I really like using ZYN, and the nicotine seems to boost my testosterone and has been good for my overall well-being.

I have another abcess right now. In Appalachia, there's a huge lack of quality dental care. One dentist caped a tooth on the bottom they removed 12 ounces of infection. I had a gaping hole in my neck for awhile. 6 more hours I would have died falling asleep. I would have choked on infection. My mother was on a nausea medication when she was pregnant with me. That was removed from the market for causing some type of deficiency in our teeth. For 3 years I've been trying to get dentures. More exuses, more abscesses. Thoughts? Yet these dental surgeons here, are just now coming to the conclusion I did at 23..your teeth can literally kill you, that infection can also travel all through your body. Which I think is why I lost part of my toe.. I was borderline gangrene. I was care flighted out that next hour for emergency surgery.
