Asheville, North Carolina | City Walk

Join me on a walk through downtown Asheville, North Carolina!
I start in the center of the city at Pack Square Park, and meander through the streets of this picturesque city, passing by most of the local landmarks and circling back to Pack Square Park. It was a beautiful, gusty but sunny February day in Asheville, with a winter storm about to blow through the area.
Asheville has a fascinating history that began thousands of years ago, when the area was part of the Cherokee Nation. Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto came through in 1540, and European Americans began to settle in the area in 1784.
