How long did it take for you to notice a difference in your knee pain?
Hi, @victoriaherrera1544! Since we aren't able to do a physical exam and see exactly what is going on with your knee, what I can tell you is, in some cases, people may experience immediate relief from knee pain after receiving certain treatments or taking medications. However, for others, it may take days, weeks, or even months to notice a significant improvement.
I have a great resource for you that might help you improve the pain in your knees. Please check out this link: feelgoodlife.com/sharp-knee-pain/

Sure, @aromalva8069! Here are some good resistance band brands:

Iâd like to get an explanation that explains the big question âWhyâ is this good for?
Hey, @FitZzzin.These exercises are designed to improve the strength, stability, and flexibility of the muscles around your knee joint, which can help alleviate and prevent knee pain.

it is all about strength training. If the muscles are strong in the glutes and legs your knees will be stable and lesser to be injured with activity. It is not rocket science. The glute medius tends to get weak in people and can cause problems.
Osteoporosis pateints can do this,,,, s or no Rrply
@bhumas9746 Hey there! If you have osteoporosis, it's smart to check with a doctor before trying new exercises. They'll give you the best advice for what's safe for you. Take care! đđ©č

I have an injury on my knee cap, would you recommend these exercises?
side lying leg abduction, glute bridges, and glute kickbacks are a great place to start. Saying this as someone with knee issues. I have been to PT.
@@ST-rj8iu ah thanks man i will do these, its recoverable right? This is not a seripus injury as meniscus or smt like that
@@Tostoyevski I don't know about your personal injury, but these exercises might help prior to seeing a doctor if you are low on money or don't have insurance. If you can handle it on your own and feel comfortable to do so, these are a great start. Always consult a doctor. especially if your pain persists for longer than 1 week or so. Knee pain can be caused by weak muscles. The glute medius is an ignored muscle by many. If it is not your glutes, look at your hamstrings. That would be RDLs, Good Mornings, and leg curls. If it is not the hamstrings, then check your quads. Straight leg raises, Bulgarian split squats, lunges work Quads. Good luck!
@@ST-rj8iu i probably dont have problems about muscels, before my injury i could squat 150kg 5x5 with ease, thanks for your help i will try these exercises for sure man!
Hi, @Tostoyevski! Since we aren't able to do a physical exam and see exactly what is going on with your knee, I can't for sure recommend what exercises you should do. However, incorporating these exercises might be a good way to start addressing your knee issue.
As @ST-rj8iu mentioned, side-lying leg abduction, glute bridges, and glute kickbacks can be helpful exercises for strengthening the muscles around your knee. However, I must emphasize that the severity of your injury and its specific nature may vary, so it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis.
