    Hi sir, Im having this same issue, the right knee some what hurts while doing seated knee extension, it sort of clicks or rubs at one specific angle during the extension. I have been doing rehab exercises for around 1.5 months... I would say my strength has increased as now i can do lunges properly, which around 2 months back hurting a lot. Can i add swimming to my routine each morning? As currently running is stopped due to this pain.. Im thinking of adding swimming to my routine. What would you advice?

    Hi, I feel like I might have uneven neck from playing violin. I am right-handed and I used to hold the violin with the left side of my chin. I also noticed that my left jaw looks way more defined than my right jaw. So which side of my neck is shorter/tighter and requires more stretching?

    my entire life, i smoked and hardly ate and weighed 144, from age 13 to 48, when i quit smoking. i never exercised n liked bein skinny, rocker boy look, now, after quitting cigs, i don't eat n still just gain weight, i'm 5' 10" n now 211!!! i have broken toes and pinched nerves in my neck , i wish i could just get rid of stomach, i gatta try these , i kno i definitely need help/help myself ...

    Hey! Thank you for the exercises. I'm week 5 Post accident and week 3.5 Post-Op. I was doing of two of these exercises. But not the rest and they've been helpful. My goal is to start walking with assistance June 11th. That's the date my doctor set. I'm so thankful I started very early with mild PTs. I believe it is a direct result of my current recovery pace! I start in house PTS on Monday with a doctor and I'm excited!

    Hi Todd have had pain walking for a couple of years after a large parcel hit my knee saw something called Pattela reset on CZcams tried it if possible want to buy programme.

    Thanks coach! I suffered this pain since 2017. I'm not sure the pain is come from meniscus tear or popliteus. Everytime I walk a lot or maybe get fever, my muscle behind my left knee will get pain a lot and i can't even straighten my leg. I already watch a lot of video how to fix it before this and the problem still cant be solve. But today, i find your video and try it. I'm glad the pain is gone immediately.

    My little finger pains only during the night time, there's a tingling sensation, i consulted a neurologist and he suggested me some vitamin tablets, but I'll surely try your exercise. Btw why it happens do you have any idea sir?

    Use the palm of one hand, lift the curled fingers up while simultaneously pushing in on the knuckles on the hand being stretched. Had to write that down and I still don't get it.
