    Thank you Todd! Simple but effective exercises that work! I've been doing your "feel good knees" program daily now for two weeks and truly feel an improvement in leg strength with reduced knee pain. Thank you for creating this program. I plan to stay with it daily! I don't want a knee replacement!!!!

    Hi Todd have had pain walking for a couple of years after a large parcel hit my knee saw something called Pattela reset on CZcams tried it if possible want to buy programme.

      Hey, Luz Ortiz. They come in resistances, not necessarily sizes. So you should start with a light resistance and if it's too easy, you can go to the next level of resistance.
