    Healed my knee completely in three weeks after purchasing the backwards treadmill. I’m now working on the other knee that I post up on as a golfer and the solution has been to turn sideways on the treadmill. Also if you turn to the other side you hang really work the hips and groin as well. You guys should add more exercises that utilize the backwards treadmill and turn sideways and work one leg only. Really is great stuff! Can’t thank you enough❤

    I am just a few weeks into following your simple instructions and my knees hurt less and my quads are starting to grow again at 63! I wall a hill backwards, at the gym I put the treadmill at the steepest incline and walk slow and create extra force with the side handles. As I fatigue I can lessen my pulldown force, or turn around and walk normally and let the lactic acid clear to turn back and walk backwards again. I vary speed and stride. I do my reverse toe raises also and am stretching my knee over toe, leg back stretch.

I used to get knee pain, until I started stamping and walking backwards, instead of forwards! And now I have no issues with the knee pain. Interesting to understand why it works that way. It also feels kind of natural to go backwards if you follow the flow of the force with a stamp that is pushed through the heel

    I’ve had this knee pain for around 5 months and diagnosed with osgood at 20. My pain has been constant with bending the knee and loading it. The atg split squat had helped the pain but only momentarily and I really want to resolve this issue so I can get back into volleyball again

      Reverse step-ups and sled would be something I also recommend and would make sure you are performing these movements at a pain-free level🙏

      Would really love to help here and have helped many in your position get back to sport pain-free!
      If it’s a knee issue, chances are my programs have helped more people with it than any other! Simply because my programs focus on pain-free ability! The more of it you have, the less likely this is to be an issue. This starts as simple as backwards walking and is step 1!

      @@TheKneesovertoesguy35 years old was a multiple sports athlete and still lift weight and workout 5 times a week. Recently lost almost 60 pounds. But the last few years I've been working a desk job and tweaked my back badly doing leg press a few months back. Since then I've developed tight Hamstrings, right hips and some significant right knee pain. I have no previous knee injuries or even pain but it's getting sunstaintialy worse. Getting harder to barbell squat and play my weekly softball without fear of REALLY hurting my knees. Been using the flex strap to loosen my tight Hammy's and have been focusing on strengthening my Hammy's and hip flexors. But all the stretching and strength training is t really helping the right knee pain. Would love to get on this program and don't know where to start. Please help me???

    I got an overuse injury on my left knee probably around 4 years ago, and I still get pain on it if I walk for longer than a hour or so (i don't usually run, but I'd imagine it'd be the same) i did go through physical therapy, but I definitely want to try this out to see if it can help!
    (For anyone interested) I don't know the exact injury details, but it was from a week of walking on a sandy beach improperly. It caused my patella to wear down my tendon, which is where the pain was coming from. You actually can still feel the difference in my knees when my legs are straightened out

    • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  Před 8 měsíci +1

    So many knee misconceptions and and ideas floating around out there about knee pain and pain of all types! "I guess it's just a part of getting old" no!! They need to watch this video and get with the program 😎
    If you put in the work and safely scale the exercises (following what they tell you on the programs!), You CAN improve your knee ability and full body ability for that matter!
