    Oh, gosh! THANK YOU for making it so simple for me to start again! Just start and pick one thing. Why didn’t I think of that?!! I was thinking I had to jump back into my old 45 minute routine. 😅 Can’t wait to get hi e and pick up my weights! 😘😘😘
