Если у кого есть мультиварка,лучше там простерилизовать. На дно положить полотенчик,поставить банки ,наполненные фаршем,закрутить хорошо,залить наполовину банок водой. Поставить на час примерно на тушение мяса программа,так безопаснее,и стоять может без холодильника

У неё похоже карбонат. Самое дорогое мясо.🤦🏼♀️ Баранину не переношу. Но можно заменить и на говяжий жир, свиной или Раст масло.
Практически заготовка для макаронов по-флотски, пирожков и фаршированных блинчиков!!!!!🤩
Можно даже удешевить фарш, если половину сделать из курицы.

Obrigado Melissa por compartilhar, no Brasil que é muito quente é possivel fazer, por na panela de pressão com água e após pegar pressão deixar 40 minutos, desligar e esperar esfriar sozinho, após isso enxugar ,lacrar a tampa com fita adesiva ao redor e por dentro de caixas de isopor e deixar as caixas no chão no local mais frio da casa. Que voce tenha muita saúde, e bençãos. Gratidão por suas idéias.
