    Beef - 2.5 kg.
    Sheep tail fat - 500 gr.
    Salt (coarse)
    Black pepper

    The size of the jar is 500 ml.

    Have you written a book on your food storage techniques? If not, you need to. This is so valuable for humanity. Keeping food as close to its original state is the key to health. If you have a book, I will buy it. If you teach online classes, I would attend and learn everything. If there is a language barrier, we can overcome that. So many ways to do that. I would like a few days where you teach about the containers, exactly what they are and the descriptions used so we purchase the correct types. Can’t wait to here back from you. I will use the translator to read your reply. You are amazing!

    Pensaba preparar la carne con grasa de cerdo porque es la que tengo en la granja, pero aunque mi sótano es fresco, la temperatura es superior a 10º. Gracias por compartir sus técnicas de conservación. Saludos desde Ibiza, España

    Love your videos and all your tips, but those thumbnail images of your videos get me every time. I went into this thinking it was going to be a way to preserve raw hamburger, which of course, would be revolutionary in canning.

    Если у кого есть мультиварка,лучше там простерилизовать. На дно положить полотенчик,поставить банки ,наполненные фаршем,закрутить хорошо,залить наполовину банок водой. Поставить на час примерно на тушение мяса программа,так безопаснее,и стоять может без холодильника

      У неё похоже карбонат. Самое дорогое мясо.🤦🏼‍♀️ Баранину не переношу. Но можно заменить и на говяжий жир, свиной или Раст масло.
      Практически заготовка для макаронов по-флотски, пирожков и фаршированных блинчиков!!!!!🤩
      Можно даже удешевить фарш, если половину сделать из курицы.

    Obrigado Melissa por compartilhar, no Brasil que é muito quente é possivel fazer, por na panela de pressão com água e após pegar pressão deixar 40 minutos, desligar e esperar esfriar sozinho, após isso enxugar ,lacrar a tampa com fita adesiva ao redor e por dentro de caixas de isopor e deixar as caixas no chão no local mais frio da casa. Que voce tenha muita saúde, e bençãos. Gratidão por suas idéias.

    Great Idea if you have lids for another time here in the USA we are having a hard time finding lids!!!

      Hello. Since canning has been traditional in our country for many years (it is done in every home), there are various glass jars, lids and lid-closing tools in every store in our country. Generally Ukraine produce the concealer tool.
      Copy this and search -
      1.Машинки для закатки банок
      2.Банки для консервации
      You can use any glass jar and metal lid you want. The important thing is to make sure that it is absolutely airtight. If air enters, the product will deteriorate.

    Just imagine if all these FB groups saw this lady canning meat in a WB canner for 30 mins! AAAAA right? hahahaha! You are doing the Western world a favor dear lady. Over here if you told people you canned like this they would probably linch ya! You would believe how man groups would kick you out for this video! You cant even disagree with them over anything and they'll kick you out or put you in FB jail! hahahaha I think you do a great job!
