- This Can of Raspberries and Chocolate is composed of eleven delicious layers. It starts with a chocolate streusel with a raspberry ganache, topped with a generous raspberry soaked chocolate sponge, a combo between a raspberry cremeux and a fresh raspberry compote and finished with a light duo chocolate mousse. The can and can opener are both crafted 100% out of dark chocolate and are of course fully edible!

Yes! I am no less impressed, and would eat it in a heartbeat, but why the pull tab if you were going to make the can opener?

Son of a...biscuit. The man created an edible, working, yes, WORKING, can opener!!! I sat there and watched him do it. Not once. Not twice. But four times. That's how many times I went back to make sure I wasn't missing anything. That I wasn't losing my mind. I hadn't even finished the video yet!!! He did a fabulous job. Chef created another piece of art.

There is something about food art that is so incredible...it is inspiring, gorgeous, but it's meant to be temporary. Like the art competitions of sand art on the beach. Love it. His showmanship is great and whoever edits his videos is genius.
