- This pastry creation is as cool looking as it is delicious!
It's composed of a caramel crunch on the bottom, a fluffy caramel sponge, a layer of soft caramel cremeux, a delicious smooth salted vanilla caramel, a light caramel mousse and a vanilla marshmallow on top! The entire box is crafted with a caramelized white chocolate!

Some packing "peanuts" are technically edible. (I would say I never tried, but my face would burn so red with embarrassment that my tablet screen would melt. Melt as quick as those delicious peanuts in the mouth.... 😂)

My thoughts as well. The peanuts and tape are my favorite components, simple but really brings it all together. Dude made a box, I love it.

What a refreshing change of pace! I love seeing all of the awesome chocolate sculptures and everything, but my favorite thing on this channel is when Amaury makes a gorgeous dessert look like something else. And how fun is corrugated chocolate? Love!
Yeah, the huge sculptures are amazing, but I think my fav things are these smaller "looks like a non-edible object" and filled with delicious things.
Nothing is perfect, and nobody 's perfect but this guy and his work is!! I m amazed by his golden hands and great mind.

I thought he'd just make some chocolate that looks like a box on the outside but he made it look exactly like cardboard with the middle wavy layer and all. The inside looks absolutely delicious as well. I'm craving for desserts now...
