I'm still playing this and looking forward to the upcoming phase but I've been playing lightly since the beginning. I still get everything done but I'm not completely invested or very worried about trying too hard or even peak parsing. The game has out since november of last year and we still have absolutely no idea what will come of our characters and progress. They may very likely send us to classic era servers, or even worse dead SoD exclusive servers. None of the outcomes seem ideal. The only thing really keeping me going is raid night bullshitting with the boys but I very highly anticipate that all this time will have been a complete waste.

Classic is more than specific content, it's a game design philosophy. People want new Classic content that follows the Spirit of Classic. Instead SoD turned classic into an abomination of Classic visuals and retail gameplay.

Nah Turtlewow team should stick to their own project, which is leagues ahead of anything Blizzard will do and has done in a very long time. Turtle wow is at such a good state right now I hope is stays this good. If anything, People from SOD should start fresh on the turtle pvp server.
Even tho they are so far ahead as you say, they can help with SOD and meanwhile just import all they have done, it aint that difficult.
I'd also rather pay blizzard and with their security so I wont get hacked and instead of being a pirate.
cant they just give us some new dungeons and raids and some gear in regular classic, but just leave the damn game alone.

Why do they keep jerking us around with raid lockout and raid sizes every single phase? My guild was planning on Tues/thurs schedule and that’s out the window and we are going to lose half the raid. AGAIN
this lockout stuff is a really bad idea...a recipe for burnout theres too much to do

yeah i don't want classic classes with no changes. after playing tbc and wrath, the classes of vanilla are dog shit. if you want a more janky solo player experience like hardcore though, it's perfect.
